Oh. Like Burger Wars? That's so nostalgic.

Most kids' toys just look to me like the reason we're so short of landfill space nowadays. They were much better in the 1970s. That's not nostalgia, it's truth.

stick to carnations... (etc)

Eww, but don't carnations just stink when the water goes off and starts filling up with algae and mold in no time at all? Yuck. I worked with someone last autumn whose breath smelt like that. Most unpleasant. On the same night shift as someone else whose breath smelt like death. On the same team.

I almost bought my partner some £2 tulips from Tesco while I was at the shops earlier but I decided not to because we're on an economy drive.

But not as good an idea as TOP TRUMPS
- People Killed
- People Saved
- Medals Awarded
- Coolness of uniform
- Years fighting

I was thinking along the lines of:
- Public profile
- Espionage
- Heroism
- Combat ability
- Longevity

all subjective (except the last one) and rated out of 10.

:D

Let it never be said that we live in anything other than a meritocracy. It's what we fought Stalin and his Communists back to Berlin for in WWII after all.

;)

I do hope this results in a deck of World War Two Personalities Top Trumps.

Was working on a one pager when I reread that it's to be non canon DR's&villans ,so here's the pecils for my aborted page.

OMG! I love that idea. So simple, effective and clever. Nice allusion to the classic Tardis interior roundels.

Hats off to you, Mogzilla.

Talking of stupid, a girl at work was talking about patting people on the head being a very pessimistic thing to do. She meant patronizing.
