That's outrageous. Just shows it's a mistake to make education a consumer good and turn students into customers. Students should just be on the receiving end and accept what they are given. It's the only way to maintain standards.

There are far worse things in urbandictionary. Felching is at the benign end of the scale!

Man I am on tenderhooks, when you going to ask!!!

Your impatience is flattering, but I'll ask you only when I'm good and ready.

I would have thought that would have been the perfect time to ask.

Ah, the voice of an experienced lothario.

I could have been really bad if I wanted to be, but alas, I'm not.

Soper fine prog all round, just one thing
why didn't the escapees just climb up on the Juggernauts?
I know. Not very resourceful of them, that.

On reflection, there weren't very many handholds on those trucks. One of them appeared to have a set of steps up the side, but with the vehicle sealed they didn't go anywhere. There wasn't much of anything they could have held onto at 200 mph. The judges were rubbish though, as cannon fodder judges always are.

The thing with the gun was a bit hard to swallow. That guy must've had incredible strength not just to fire the shot, but to stop the judge dropping the weapon. I guess the answer is yeah, he had incredible strength.

I would have thought that would have been the perfect time to ask.

I'm so glad I don't care enough about the end of the world to have actually read this thread!

My in-laws' neighbours asked them to feed their hamster while they were away, but neglected to mention it was on its last legs. They went off on their trip, I got asked if I'd like to do the feeding, I went round there. "It's dead." We buried it in the back garden. When the neighbours came back we told them the news. "Oh, yes, we're not surprised; he was quite old and he hasn't been himself lately. We thought he could go any day." Okay. Thanks for not mentioning it beforehand.

-tries to imagine HoU selling Zhu Zhu Hamsters in the January sales - FAILS

There's no actual selling involved. I just had to move them from here to here, change the shelf label, and stack them up all tidy-like.

It came with a leaflet detailing all of the plastic crud you can buy for it to run around in, so far my daughter has spent more time with the leaflet than the pet, picking out all of the stuff she wants for her birthday next month  ::).

Ay, there's the rub.

All considerations of alcohol aside, and returning to the previous matter, can you imagine any circumstances in which not having such a requirement met would utterly spoil a lady's evening? No, neither can I. 'Tis passing strange.

Let the Cosmos flow and purge the image from my mind. I don't care how gay it is HoU must share the booze.

Cosmopolitan coming right up for Mr Squashed Fly. But none for Roger.

No cosmopolitans for you, young man! You'll just have to wait until you are old enough to be served in a bar, on production of valid identification, of course.

None. The cosmopolitans are for another day or several days next week. Tonight was for red wine and an Irish cream liqueur-style beverage (not Bailey's: something a bit inferior to that).
