Prog / Re: Prog 1724 : FLESH IS BACK!

Great stuff - I didn't mind the Flesh artworks roughness, the guy's figurework is fine, but I guess it could suffer a bit from too much looseness in places.

A tussle between Kingdom and Shakara for top spot, with Kingdom edging it.

The prog is really rather good at the moment.

Not sure about the daystick propped up against the fence...

The detail looks great, although I think the shoulder pads look a bit flat and shapeless.

No intention of buying any of this stuff though :)

Robocop has a couple of corkers, Mr Kinney and Emil the melting man.

Missed the first half... hello iplayer...

Loved it, and was dead jealous of the Namibian ghost town...

The bits I've seen remind me a bit of Chris Weston's Dredd?

Regarding the helmets, I don't think Wake has any - he just mentions about possibly doing another run.

It was obviously a conference call, look at all the screens :)

Or the other 40,000 judges were getting synthi-caf...

I think it's more glaring because Pat has 2 panels where it's stated why Nemesis has to protect Torquemada and return him to his own time. There's obviously an awareness of it, and it just got forgotten about or glossed over.

Cheers Jim,

Blimey that was a flashback...

I don't see anything particularly vitriolic in that thread...

Anyone know what was the Nemesis thing as a matter of interest?

I'm guessing it's the time-paradox of the pre-Gothic Empire Torque being killed at the end of Book X?

Or was it something else?

Hard to know what to make of it unless you were actually there, and the background of Pat's other experiences.

Baffled by the saturation...

I don't mind the odd superhero, but the popularity of it is just perverse.

So depressing...

Pretty good maps, but on a general point, I just wish they'd put a bit more interactvity in the maps, like being able to turn the auto-turrets on or off, or making a substation live.

That marvellous blue suited fatty Dredd is the best thing I've seen all day. I had to run home from work to take a look, so was my excitement, and it was worth it. I'm assuming it's for the Justice Department 'It's A Knockout' Squad.
