I'm really dying for some Labour gimp to approach me about the local elections so I can let rip.

It's depressing when you have to base your election choice on who you despise the least.

That's pretty disturbing change to make to save ?5M a year.

That would be great, have Rogue as a scary Collina-style Ref with Bagman handing out a Red Card...

They did include the Walter stories in 01 though, so they have included non-Dredd stories already.

I'd definitely like to see the specials/annuals stories collected.

I don't know what's the best way to do it, though - whether to use it as filler for the thinner volumes, or to keep it separate.

The annual stories tended to be colour, and it would be criminal to have mono versions of them, it would be much better to have them as a standalone collection.

A hostile takeover from a plastic replica of his own head?

Could happen.

Some possible Bad Wolf type things spotted on another board...

The plague extras mention 'The Machine'

The Moon as a motif (the sign of the hospital), next week is werewolves.

The Face of Boe is from the Silver Devastation.

All those I think have Cybermen connotations...

Well, the first panel of the last page establishes that there is a secret password for Hitcon, which turns out to be the name of a an illegal 20th Century film about Hitmen.

Since being a hitman itself is illegal, I wouldn't have thought they were that worried about 20th century media itself being illegal.

An IMDB equivalent of a Masonic handshake...

I'd expect the odds of 22nd century cops and robbers bantering about 150 year old films are about the same as city blocks being named after Dean Gaffney, Rowdy Yates, etc. or spaceports named after Gil Gerard.

It's already established that there is a market for rubbish from before the atom wars in the Judge Child, so an obsession with old films isn't that far-fetched.

Just imagining that as a jingle...

Stretch 'em!

It's the only language they understand!

If they don't fit in here, then by the Daily Mail we'll MAKE them fit.

Thanks, I couldn't really remember whether they were painted or computer coloured by someone else.

Congrats to Henry, he's definitely been my favourite artist over the last few years.

Has he ever done any fully painted work? I don't recall seeing any non-computer coloured art, and I'm just curious to see how it would look.

Cheers
