Thanks guys, I will have to have think about it. Its such a good comic when its on form. I mean I still think back to the great stories, even all these years later. Not many of the US comics make me do that-only the very great ones, and to take the example of Johnny Alpha, I find some of his stories so much more memorable than even an icon like Batman's in DC. I wonder why? Its a cultural thing, I guess. I am in Oz by the way!!

Do you mean the Megaznie? I am not sure. Heaps, I bet. It is very hard to find, actually. I just happen to work right near a comic store that sells it. Forget most stores, and newsagenets are a thing of the past. Bascially I want you guys to give me the run-down, a good jumping on point etc. Without wanmting to sound like an grumpy 'ol eldster, I remeber when the comic cost like .95cents, then $1.20 and it was Dredd, ABC Warriors, Rogue, Zenith, Slaine etc etc ETC the list of classics went on and on. Where di it all go wrong? My guess-the talent took a walk across "the pond" but gee there is some classic characters there, and Wagner is still doing Dredd...there has to be hope!!! You guys tell me!!! ps. my fave character is probabaly Johnny Alpha. I have a friend and we still fight about whether Dredd could have beaten Johnny so easily in Judgement Day!!! :-) I think not!!!!!

I know I am asking a biased audience, but I want a good opinion on the quality of the comic,as I am *thinking* of picking it up again. I tried about 6 months ago, really enjoyed Dredd, Rogue and the Johnny Alpha story ('Roadhouse') but some of the other stuff felt a bit flat. Anyway, I used to be a hardcore fan, for about 6 years, and I've read a lot of the old mothlies, so I know a lot of the great stories...but you tell me, how GOOD is it now? BTW its about $8.00 a comic in Oz!! That a disgrace for a weekly comic IMO. Nevertheless, i am tempted, and like many of out there, I WILL be getting the game!!!

This weekend, while stricken with heavy flu, I linked up my stereo to my TV, all in anticipation of Dredd vs Death being released on X Box on 23/10 in Oz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It sounds AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! Alright!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
