Although technically i'm 30, 2 months and 22 days, I am actually only 30, 2 months and 21 days due to once flying around the world backwards. Oh yes, I have discovered the secret of time travel...

Try the people that have those anti-piracy messages at the beginning of every film ever. FACT I think. Surely that's their entire business.

A quick visit to Ents24 confirms that it is indeed the vileevils who're touring.

Film & TV / Re: Sky poaches 'Lost'

Nuts. I guess season 3's been rescheduled over here then? I'm so glad I have bittorrent.

"Four toes? WTF?"
More weight to my long-running 'It's a Big Stompy Robot!' theory. Bear with me on this! When building something big and top heavy that's meant to move, you need a solid base. (E.g.- In claymation characters always have huge feet.) Four toes provides a more stable base than five, as I found out during my brief obsession with sculpture. Therefore - the giant beast is a Big Stompy Robot.

Of course, it's just as likely that I could be typing complete bollocks.

"I've always found that basically calling smokers cunts and despicable human beings rather than making them want to pack them in, just gets their backs up. Likewise the showing them pictures of knackered lungs. I would say that most smokers know *exactly* what they're doing to their lungs and don't need it spelling out. It's a ham-fisted attempt at psychology and emotional mugging that doesn't really work, and can severely just piss people off instead"

Took the words right out of my mouth, Wils. And that money saving thing doesn't work if you smoke duty-free rollies either. £5 a week? Wow, I'm off to Barbados!
For anyone that does think it'll work for them, the nhs website already has a very helpful ciggie money calculator. It's surprisingly non-patronising, and doesn't hold on to your money either.

DD - That is an awesome story :)

I'm now working in a toy shop which already has a xmas catalogue out and santa clauses everywhere. I have a feeling that stress relief thread might make a reappearance soon! Tell ya what though, I bet the parents are 100 times more nightmarish than the kids!

Various PS2 mags (depending on what's on the demo)
Occasional tuneage news from:
NME
Kerrang
Metal Hammer
Anything with a useful looking free CD on
