Well, it's all because in 91 Bush senior pulled out. This meant all the supporters in Iraq were killed. And that caused the fuck up in Somalia as the people there had learnt of how the americans had abandoned the Iraqi people. This caused Bush Senior much regret and when his son was in he demanded his son invade there to try and right his wrong, but it was 10 years too late. That's what you get for ignoring your generals when they say 'don't pull out, for fuck's sake don't pull out!'. Oh and cheep oil.
