... then the final shot soured it quite a bit.

BAN THIS SICK FILTH!

TBH I found that gag a bit out of place as well.

Contemplating Outlast on the sale. Alien Isolation left a horror itch that Amnesia couldn't reach due to ageing engine/overly gothicness.
Do it. Outlast is a classic horror tale and one of the very best game's i've played in recent years. The DLC is also superb, mpossibly even better than the main story.

Agree with above. Outlasts great as is the DLC. Jump scares ahoy!

Saving reading Nameless till I have them all after reading the first weird issue. Fish-heads getting on the bus at Maryhill road made me chuckle though.

Will read Crossed+100 and Walking Dead on way home

Working through the mild diversion which is Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask on the new 3DS XL.  I love doing these daft little puzzles. Well, I would, if the intermniable cut scenes would fucking well end.

The wee Oliver-lite side kick is a particular annoyance.

"Woi Professor Loiton, Oi've got it!"

Yeah this is mine and the kids next big game as well. Comes out when we're on hols so should be waiting for us when we get back. Purposely didn't get Witcher 3 because it was to close to this release.

Keef - I remember when Arkham City was released there was a screw up and a lot of the DLC codes were missing from the box (including mine). I was so pissed off as I couldn't play my game without missing the start of it though it was hilarious when my 6 year old was explaining what DLC was to the woman at customer service.

I am 40ish years old and can remember performing a miracle at the age of 5 as if it were yesterday. Not dreaming about it but actually remember doing it. Bear with me here...

I remember sitting on the living room floor and placing a toy under a cup and teleporting it to appear beneath another cup with my magic mind powers. I remember doing it several times and trying to get my parents to watch. Unfortunately they were to busy watching something on telly, probably 321 with Ted Rogers or something like that. So convinced was I that this actually happened that when I was about 16 and found this very same toy in the loft I attempted to re-enact this incredible event. It didn't work.

So I have came to the conclusion that in my young mind a dream got sent to the wrong part of my brain and became some sort of false memory. Either that or I lost my super powers at puberty.

YOU DECIDE

IT FOLLOWS - A real John Carpenter (when he was good) vibe off this. Teens have sex and catch a bad dose of crabs murderous stalking thing. It follows you (slowly) forever until it catches you and fucks you but not in a good way. Only way to get rid is pass it onto someone else but if it kills them then its back to you.

I quite enjoyed it.

Collected my tickets from post office on Saturday - Woohoo!

Wife and kids will be there all weekend so if someone can come up to us at about 4pm and let the Mrs know that I'm required at the bar for a comic related emergency that would be great.
