From previous experience it'll be about 2 weeks before just to ensure a squeaky bum for all.

Oh and a heads up that Cameron Stewart is at FP Glasgow this Thursday for anyone who likes queuing in the rain.

Heard a rumour at the weekend that a few guests have pulled out of this  :-X

I'm gonna guess the Whetherspoons as chances are a few of the oldies need a good sit down.

Like me.

Fight Club 2 and Providence were very much enjoyed in my house. Surprised there hasn't been more chat regarding Moores new comic TBH.

IT'S HERE!
Awesome. Really surprised they managed to sustain the daftness of the trailer over the full running time.
Laser raptor
!

Second best film with the word Fury in the title that I've seen this week.

Big fan of Blind Fury eh?

Evil Within DLC is great (pass was on sale at xmas for about 7 quid). The first 2 are story related and have some good moments. The final one is well different though. It reuses old locations but is played in first person as boxhead. and you get to use a chainsaw. Its basically a series of boss fights but I played it in one sitting while off work on Tuesday with a stinkin hangover.

Each piece of DLC is approx. 3 hours long. I really hope we get a true next gen sequel announced at E3.

On the night of my 30th on a pub crawl we ended up in bar Jed-eye just as the Pro-Evo tournament finished. The winner was taking on all comers so I put my name down and after about 3 rounds my turn came. I chose my team and formation (3-4-3) and then start doing my subs.

He comments to his mates something like "Oh he's one of those guys" and they all laughed.

10 minutes later and I'd pumped him 7-1. To say I was a smug bastard would be an understatement.

Just nicely timed for the sequel Tips  :D

Bloodborne - Platinum trophy get! Big fire beasty in the 2nd last Chalice dungeon is by far an away the toughest enemy in the game. There's nothing I can say that hasn't been said so just buy this if you have a PS4.

The Unfinished Swan - I would barely consider this a game but as its only about 2 hours long, tells a nice wee fairytale and as a tech demo its quite incredible I would say give it a bash.

Back to the Future - A point and click adventure based on BttF should be exciting and full of many puzzles which are solved with time-travel related shenanigans just like Day of the Tentacle back in the day. This isn't and is quite the snoozefest so far. I am disappointed with this one.

So I reckon next is Demons Souls - Wish me luck  :)

This sounds very much like the bad video Sunday nights me and the mates used to have and as I work 5 mins from CCA it seems rude not to attend. I'll check child care details tonight and drop you a text either way.

PS - out of the 100's we watched Raptor was voted the worst. A 10 minute sex scene which consisted of the same 2 mins of footage on a loop and a dinosaur which looked like it came out of a 70's cereal box held REALLY close to the camera lens to make it look big. I rented that one  ;)

John Wick - I read the above reports and thought I'd give it a go even though I never really fancied it. Its  shit. I agree with Jim above though that every single character in the film has a face you will know from that show you used to watch. TBH I enjoyed it much more when I started pretending his name was Frank Castle. I would've probably been kinder to this one if I hadn't just watched Kingsman the night before...

Kingsman
- Brilliant! Loving spoof/tribute to the 70's Bond movies. Theres a fantastic scene where Mr Darcy knocks fuck out about 40 folk at once. Might actually watch this again at the weekend.

Can we still enjoy Doom Patrol which has actual real on panel in your face pretend drawings of a rape? As I seem to recall it being praised in the letters page by actual sex crimes victims.

*ahem*

Alan Grant Batman is brilliant. I got a long-box of that stuff about 10 years ago from my uncle and really enjoyed it.

TAS is my fave though, watching it recently with the kids and its still great.
