Quote from: shaolin_monkey on 16 March, 2015, 02:44:28 PMI was in the pool a few months back, and a guy covered in Marvel tats approached me to comment on mine (I have a large Monkey King on my back).  I politely enthused about his Spidey and Thor etc, and commented if I were to get any more tats my next would probably be a Judge Dredd one.  He actually snorted in derision!  Arsewipe.

It starts well, but you're going to have to work on that ending before you pitch it to the porn studios.

...then his towel fell off revealing his Punisher

I finally stopped those damn Yanks blowing up the moon in Counterspy. Fun game! Anyone remember Mission Impossible on C64? It's basically much better than that.

Another vistor, stay a while, stay FOREVER!

Im playing HM2 as well and agree with the above. Longer levels = hidden baddies = game over

My biggest moan would be the lack of choice regards the masks so you are forced to play most levels in only one way, I hope theres an unlock when you complete the game to use any mask on any level.

Got this last week so surprised to find no reviews yet.

Think this has been the best in a while. Doesn't get bogged down with loads of smarty pants references* and just gets on with telling a rollicking good adventure with loads of crazy shit for Mr O'neill to draw in big fat spash pages.

*still had to check a few things on google but that's part of the fun & education, just not on every single panel mind.

Where did you get your Space Hulk from Satanist?

I had a similar nostalgic urge to get it recently and it seemed to be out of print (with the last one being a pre-order only and they're already gone sort of deal).

Ebay mate. £100 which is a nice wee mark up as it was released at £75 last year but I was in the same boat as yourself. The link below is where I ordered from and the guy has another 3...

Having a break from Rogue Legacy now that Ive realised there is no end to that game (still loving it though)...

Hotline Miami 2 - Not played much but due to larger levels it seems harder than the first.

Also got the DLC for The Evil Within (my fave game of last year) but aint tried that yet.

I do have the day off work on Friday though with no plans and the kids at school, hmm!

Just treated myself to Space Hulk as Ive wanted to play it since I was a kid  :). Anyone got an opinion on this? Seems to get raved about in reviews.

Also my son got the Star Wars mini space ship game at Xmas but havent got round to that one yet, probs take them on holiday in the summer and try it then if stuck in on a rainy day.

Half Life 3 or GTF!

They are smart but at the price probs better off just building one yourself (or asking a geeky mate to do it for you like I did)

If you think that Troma titles misleading then never watch A Nymphoid Barbarian in Dinosaur Hell.

No seriously NEVER do that.

As an aside my Bro-in-law had the same op as you a few years back and I can confirm he is still alive although a bit weirder due to being stuck at home recuperating so long. He also now has one tit bigger than the other so keep an eye out for that as well.

Must have slipped under my radar when first released - last night I saw the 2013 movie Coherence. Can't say too much about it as it feels like a bit of an extended Twighlight Zone episode and any spoliers will ruin it but wow, great film.

The obligatory character introductions at the start along with some silly framing shots are worth wading through for a complete gem of a sci-fi movie that's full of tension, paranoia and WTF aplenty. A really clever and creepy movie.

I believe it's only just come out really beyond its festival screenings in 2013

Watched this last night due to this thread and really enjoyed it. Cheers Ghastly!

Well I've beaten the final boss on Rogue Legacy so na-na-nana-na!

Started on New game plus which is the actual Hard mode  :o WTF is wrong with me?

Started Valiant Hearts last night which has very simple puzzles and gameplay but lovely comic book graphics and well told story. Much more relaxing, though its set during WW1 so I dont anticipate a happy ending for all the characters.

Really I'm just playing lots of wee indie titles this month while I bide my time for Bloodborne. Now theres a game I suspect will really fuck me up!

Oh and I meant to add that Fallout 3 is one of my top ten games of all time. Not the best graphics/story/gameplay but it all adds up to a superb experience and Ive got my fingers crossed for a Fallout 4 announcement at this years E3.

Just like Neds I need to call them something while I sneer contemptuously. TBH hipsters dont really bother me except that idiot sitting at the end of the office.

Whats really getting on my moobs at the moment is electricians. I am now onto my 3rd and hold out more hope of Halo Jones book 4 turning up before one of these money grabbing toss pots!

My only problem with hipsters is that they dress and act like they have no money then buy a bowl of cereal for a fiver. Not owning a tv isnt something to brag about. sort your fucking odd socks out while your at it. and cover up that sleeve tat and get a fuckin shave when your in the office. and no thats not a camper van its a fuckin transit van with a matress in it Oh I fuckin hate that cunt erm I mean them.
