Erm...

Yes. Her said 'in the autumn, to coincide with the DVD release'

I assume they won't be putting it on the DVD first will they? Otherwise casual fans won't bother buying both, making it a moot move

Yup. Cube Zero comes out this year. Might be fun, but I doubt it.

No no no, don't let it put you off!! Cube was a neat little thriller - quite harsh and cruel too.

Cube 2's only claim to fame is that it actually uses the word 'Hypercube'. That takes guts.

Unfortunately, watching the sequel first means that the cool unexplained parts of the original are then explained. Badly.

More specifically, Tom Baker as Zebadee (the evil Zebedee), Richard O'Brian as Zebedee and Jim Broadbent as Brian.

That won't be shit then.

I have to admit, having real companies all over the shop did give it an extras dose of reality. And Wake is right, only the sneakers were THAT overdone.

None of it really felt like it was being shuvelled down my throat.... Probably why I found it funny instead of annoying...

I loved the product placements! It was the best part!! They were just SO brazen!

'Look at my new sneakers! 2004 vintage!' *wink*

'Wowza boy, who makes them fine snappy sneakers?'

'I find you gruff and unfriendly. Nice shoes.'

'Oh no! your JVC CD player/Radio with over 200 presets won't turn off with a voice command!'

'No, but this handy remote control (included) will...'

I loved it when I finally saw it by the way. You can't expect that much more from Hollywood or they start to lose their target audience. It was as good as it could have been - thoroughly enjoyable and action packed while retaining a surprising amount of Asimovian pondering.

And I do like Will Smith, who played a great 'dumb dumb person'.

Oh, and I never enjoyed Asimov's work anyway... Extremely cold, clinical and technical writing. It just isn't my thing, though I can see why so many people do enjoy it.

I might be seeing it tomorrow and despite a lot of grumpy people on message boards (relax, not talking about this one!) I'm expecting to have a whale of a time. It's not going to redefine the cinematic experience, but that doesn't stop it being worth seeing. I expect to see robots, action, Will Smith, conspiracies and possibly even some mild characterisation!

Whoopee!

Sorry bud, can't help you there. Maybe someone else can? I have the Gamecube version.

Still, can't use a mouse? Odd! I always find that far, far easier...

Most sensible meanngs say 'No'. The significance is in his death and the fact it isn't his daughter etc, etc. I can't find any reason for it to be a psycho dwarf woman. Except for height.

Meh. I so wish I could argue with that after Annie Hall, EYEWTKASBWATA, Manhattan Murder Mystery..... But I really can't. I WILL say that some of his best work has been in the last 8 years, though people overlook it.

But generally, I agree.

I'll agree that it's superior to the Sixth Sense. Like I said, the film itself was superbly crafted. The end spoiled it for me though.
