the pic of Rufus is from when i met him at dreddcon the only why i can think of is by using intersepters (like in ghost in the shell stand alone dvd i got for my birfday) these are cameras implanted in a suspects eyes so you can see what he is up to with out him knowing AND THEY MUST HAVE DONE IT TO ME!!! i cant think of any other explinationthats rufus just like i remember seeing him
