For: Kevin Smith

Against: The Watchman Movie

Which is odd because most of the Board are

For: The Watchman Movie

Against: Kevin Smith

Does that now mean that I am going to have to like the idea of The Watchman Movie and that every one else is going to now hate it?

Since 2000 AD is British, yes.

As for other prominent British comics, there's also Viz. I'm struggling to think of any others, however.

Despite my total misgivings about this whole project, I have to admit that the posters frakkin' rock.

Quote from: "IndigoPrime"[OK, so I hate ratings systems, and I have to juggle various ones for the magazines I write for, but I've always thought of them as being basically the same. 60% = 6/10 = 3/5 or 3 stars. Two stars = 4/10 = 40%. The exception is when a magazine has a specific ratings guide, setting out in detail what each rating 'means'.

Ah, but you are probably giving people the benefit of the doubt as far as intelligence goes.

I wouldn't trust most people to sit the right way round on the loo let alone read the instructions for a rating system.

I mean, yeah sure you guys are all smart, funny and generally don't need some one to explain to you that you need to clean your
arse
after going for a number twos. Every. Single. Time. But what about all of them out there?

Working in customer services for a fairly incompetent company does give you opinions about the human race.

Quote from: "Tweak72"over all a 6/10 or Two Stars out of Five

Er, and that makes sense how?

Well 6/10 if the score is out of 10 as it deserves that score so people will look at it and think "that's an OK but not brilliant score"
However out of 5 stars 3 stars is thought of as very good not just OK but not brilliant
What I mean is most people don't look at 3 stars and think " hum that's only a 60% score" do they? The mostly think "Ooo, 3 shiny stars out of 5. If it was a hotel or restaurant that would be really good" so if you see a 2 out of 5 star score people think "that's an OK but not brilliant score" Unnerstand?
