I know Tharg's a slavedriver but get yerself off for a pint matey!  Well it's typical isn't it-- you wait all day for an icon then two come along at bloody once!  So do we go with coolness or literary accuracy on this one? You're right Art though I would have known it as an Ingram. But who cares, truth be known it looks cooler than the uzi and uzi has pretty much become a generic term for submachine gun nowadays anyway. So thanks again to Max and " Oy Wake, hurry up mate " :)

I  wondered why neo didn't use his god like powers to find a girlfriend who was less of a complete minger than trinity? I also wondered why american films never show a black man with a white woman and vice-versa. Think about it-- everytime you see a black guy in a hollywood film you can bet your ass the plot will provide a convenient little black wifey waiting back home. Have they still got aphartied ( sp?) in the US or something?

Having watched matrix reloaded the other day I was somewhat aggrieved when it finished apparently halfway through the tale. Consequently I watched revolutions last night to find out what the feck happens next. Although I was well content with the ensuing hi-tech carnage I was left pondering a few questions-namely:-
1. If you could build an underground super-city would you not incorporate a decent tailors into it?
2.And some bloody big gun turrets.
3.If you could build really cool and wicked gatling-gun equipped exo-skeleton thingies, would you not have the sense to lob some armour round the occupant?
4.Was the script altered deliberately or was the original (and cooler) actress who played the Oracle unavailable?
5. The above may be minor niggles but this one's the biggie, how can there be peace between humans and machines when the machines are still using humes as fecking batteries!?
Is it me or the scriptwriters who've lost the admittedly convoluted plot on this one?

As a relatively new boarder I've previously refrained from commenting on this subject but here goes anyway.   While lurking the board I read the latter half of the great RC debacle. Whether you are him I don't know but one thing is certain- you are a sad troll. Let's consider the evidence shall we? Since posting here, and being my normal self, I've managed to make no enemies whatsoever that I know of. Blackblood,Eyebrows,Rac and everyone else that you have a downer on all have been sound with me. Don't get me wrong, I come from a pretty rough background where taking the piss and having a laugh are the norm- that's fair enough by me. But let's be honest , tagging snide and inflammatory comments onto other peoples threads is not going to make you popular is it? Please do me a favour and post an interesting thread and let's all have a fun and interesting time. If all you want to do is have a cut'n paste self justifying whine, then I suggest you follow the wording of Blackbloods link. Get a grip bud, it's not rocket science is it ?

Being merely a layman and not a committed Whovian..... balls to it I'll chuck my twopennorth in anyway!  When it came to the childhood hiding behind the settee factor, then I'm afraid the sinister daleks pissed all over the laughable vacuum cleaner clad cybermen. However they both paled in comparison to the never-mentioned sea devils. I still vividly remember shitting bricks as the last survivor on the storm-tossed north sea oil rig watched the door between him and certain death being inexorably burned through! Eyes like saucers as the cliffhanger credits rolled, I knew I wasn't getting much sleep that night!
That aside, your new icon's still a shitload better than mine Max :)
