Messages - O Lucky Stevie!

They are also the only FCBD books of the larger UK format too so they'll be easy to pick anyway.

That'd be hunger in Ethiopia sorted if it did.

... than an (admittedly affectionate) parody of the Green Cross Code Man?

Green Palm is a brilliant & effective taster for the US market.

American readers may be unfamilarly with Green Cross Man* but not Green Lantern, Galactus & the many other Marvel & DC characters parodied in this strip by a creator who is in high esteem on that side of the pond.

* Stevie takes your puny, sallow skinned Green Palm Man & raises you Hector the Road Safety Cat.

Since then, Drugstore are probably the only band I've seen with anything like that frequency, but I've continued to frequent the odd Bragg show, so he's definitely the winner.

You jammy blighter Cosh! Stevie interviewed Isabel Monteiro over the phone at the time of White Magic For Lovers for Auxtralian radio & she was a gem.

I saw the free prog at a recent signing. Do people know who drew the Dredd tale? 'Cos I do.

Yep. The artist's name is prominently visible on the cover that's been circulating ofr some time now.

Can't wait!

Anyone any clue as to why the date is in the American format??

Because the format is the key.

You've all gone a bit Lawrence Oates  guess-wise.

Clue:
what happens on 05.02.2012?
;)

It's not a million miles removed from the treatment Millar dished out to Alan Grant for helping him get started back in the nineties.

The end justifies the means eh Marky Boy?
