That's possibly the greatest thing I've ever read on this board.

Interview with David Chase on the last episode. Some interesting points here (though, probably as expected, he's going to remain quite on the big issue.)

Oh and it's spoilered to Heck back.

Wa da fuck!

There's a fine line between clever and stupid. I'm going for the clever, the really really clever.

I'm working my way through BSG and I find a couple of episodes a week is a good pace.

I did think some of the plotting of the last few episodes of The Sopranos has been a bit perfunctory as they got their ducks in order for the climax. But it still remains very very watchable.

As to the end:
They've dropped heavy hints before of 'it ends in death or jail for us' so I sort of think they will not going in either of those directions just to be different. I did wonder if it would end with one Tony's kids getting killed in cross-fire, then I remembered that's the end of Godfather 3.
They also kept making heavy hints about asbestos - I thought they might have Tony arrested for something obscure like health violations (a bit Al Copone) - but that's kinda been forgotten about now so I don't think that'll be involved.
I can't see Paulie ending up the boss as he's not management material. However I thought Sil would be around at the end, so what do I know.
However it finishes, it's looks like it's set up for a big bang.
But if it's all been a dream I'll whack the writer!

It has a got a real 80s feel to it, and not in a good way.

Here's that migraine of a video:

Well that's a bit crap, oh and the video version sort of flickers between colours in an eye-straining, fit-starting way.

Does that mean anything, at all.

Why not just type: 'with a door!'

I think we'll have to agree to differ on that one...   I actually just remembered in the first Tennant ep he's set up as a bit 'dark' and willing to kill of the bad guys in a kinda vengeful way. But in this case I thought it was just a bit over-elaborate and over the top considering what had gone before (almost like some 'writer' was controlling him who wanted to use these really cool vengence ideas he'd thought up)

Oh and the bad guys can only live for three months and they need a time lord to live longer... well did I miss something, or is that a bit crap practically (like how the hell did they evolve to be like that)?
