The character and style has changed a lot since the early days and changes from writer to writer. It's fairly easy to pick up and there a ton of sites out there to fill any gaps in just who the hell that character is.

Whilst Carey is not yet as good as the best stuff Ellis and Ennis or even the very early stuff that Moore and Delano did, it's a million times better than what came before.

Yeah HB picked up since Carey started writing it... not quite up the best of Ennis/Ellis madness but much better than the horrors of recent times. Constantine being written by a yank is just wrong. Looking forward to seeing the mighty Jock's artwork

Oooo cool coz the Director's Cut has all the gore cut out

Well I'm sick of the bring out basic dvd then follow up years later with a special edition... why can't they all be like LOTR, a still pretty spiffy basic version then a few months later a full bells and whistles version for the hard core fans/film nuts?

The rumours persist that Scott want's to do the next Alien... a flashback to explain the Alien's origins as a biological weapon.

The Alien DVD is top, great commentry by Scott and the film's not aged at all.

I've, finally, added some sketches I got at Dreddcon to my web site.

Unfortunately I've no idea who did a couple of them - call it the lateness of the hour, the fact the sketchbook got passed around and more than likely the vast quantity of alcohol consumed.

Thanks again to everyone for their patience when a Orange Shako growled at them to do a sketch, esp the mighty Jock... I'll treasure your minimalist Dredd forever.
