Film & TV / Re: LOST SEASON 4 - no spoilers......

Given that they seem to have shown too much of the '6' that get off the island in the flashforwards, anyone think that the final series might be about how the survivors adjust to life back in the regular world?

Or concentrate on those who seem to stay, presumably Sawyer.

The mobisodes.

Don't think it would be right to link directly to them, but if, for example, you were to google the word "mobisode" with say, another term, like "io9" you should be able to work out the rest from there.

As Mike pointed out on the previous page, in the mobisodes, Christian Shepard is shown on the island immediately before the events of the first episode (he sets the dog to find Jack).

Is he an illusion or a reanimated corpse? We're still to find out.

I saw the episode as Sun having a flashforward and Jin having a flashback. The shopkeeper said it was the year of the dragon. The year of the dragon was 2000, plus Jin tells someone that he has only been married a few months.

The show is set in 2004. I think the implication in the flash forwards is that the 'Oceanic Six' are believed to be the only ones who survived the crash with no mention of the other 40-odd initial survivors, hence Jin's grave reading September 2004.

Think about it. Who's name has been in the credits every week, but hasn't been seen yet?

Books & Comics / Re: Bone. The thread.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

I'd never heard of Bone until the thread started and I've managed to uh.."digitally acquire" the first six chapters yesterday.

I honestly can't remember the last time I read anything so funny, especially those rat creatures.

As soon as I have the spare cash I will be seeking out the books.

A bit of Indie genius from M.J. Hibbet and the Validators, the same people that were behind 'Hey, Hey 16K' a few years back.

Isn't there a mountain of unsold Luke Skywalker figures buried in a desert somewhere?

I heard it was unsold copies of ET for the Atari 2600.

According to the NT Surname Profilers, there aren't enough Slaughterhouses in the UK to confirm that.

However, "Slaughter" appears to originate from the South-East of England and "House" from the South West.

So, probably not Welsh.

Arrest that humanoid immediately! He is a murderer!

His victim was found back in 2006.

Meanwhile, shareholders of the Bank of Bukake were left with egg on their face, or so they thought.
