Great art and neat website.

I'll put this in the diary: January 14th. Exhibition at Orbital Comics Gallery in Great Newport Street, London WC2 7JA.
I love the flier as well.

Bit too much of this artists retiring business going on if you ask me. Wishing Mr Ranson all the best and a happy retirement.

How a website design goes straight to hell.

Too true and too painful to be funny.

He just completely lost it and charged at me, flailing. So I stepped out of the way and kicked him in the leg. The ungainly twat.SBT
Nothing like a good old fashioned school playground kick in the shins. Well, I don't know where in the leg you kicked him, but skilfully done.

SBT SMASH!

It's funny to me that the Brits say "you all right?" as a greeting.  As an American I would be offended by this greeting.  ...yes I'm all right, what do you mean, are you saying I look sick, acting strange, what?

Yes, someone was telling me that an American at work asked him if he wanted a coffee. "No, I'm all right thanks" which to the American was a completely baffling response. "Huh, I didn't ask you how you are."

I absolutely hate public speaking but I had to do a speech in a very daunting venue in the US over a year ago. I had written a speech in note form and it went excellently and I thought I had finally conquered one of my greatest fears. Anyway, while doing the speech, the thought momentarily strayed to mind that to them I must sound like Dick Van Dyke.

Supersurfer: I'd just say "BRING.  IT.  TO.  MY.  TABLE.  LACKY!" and clip 'em round the ear.  That'll translate in ANY language.....

That's exactly what I did. But they still expected a tip. They should pay those servers in the US properly.

Got the carpenter round to work on the stairs. Already he's propped open his toolbox against the brand new wallpaper and balanced his saw, teeth down, along the top of the newly-glossed skirting board, also resting against the brand new wallpaper.

Well isn't that what we all pay these people for? To fix five things and break two?

Great work so far folks. Finally have a couple of ideas for mine. Had a dream last night that I was surprised to see 2000AD had the very same idea in the current issue which meant I couldn't do mine as it would seem I was copying.

I've often thought that left untidy, my hair is a bit Johnny Alpha.

As for the schnozzle – more Gronk or citizen Snork. (Thanks to my prop department for the plaster.)

Weapon of choice is Sony Ericsson rather than Westinghouse variable-cartridge blaster.

Involved quite a bit of faffing about but I finally worked out that I could take this pic if I set cartridge to self-timer.

Bit of an exclusive here as I've never met anyone from this board, so you lot get to put the boat race behind the Wacom.

Could  be a thread in itself: Lo-Fi 2K cover recreations. Come on, let's see some more, chaps.

Enjoy

Oh, man, that brought a smile to my face, LS. Amazing. Well worth the mini-break I had from working late, even though I need to be up in a few hours.
