Well it would be if they hadn't left the first one out (and the Kenny Who? sequel).

America II isn't a crossover. They're only leaving those out because of the shared copyright, and there's a collection of all of those.

I also have the America collection, so it's not that I'm missing out. It's just that given how important the America stories are in the Judge Dredd series, it seems like a baffling decision to leave them out of a series which purports to be a complete series.

Dredd concentrates on supporting characters this week. Not a bad thing in my opinion.

The Alienist wasn't as good as previous episodes this week, but still enjoyable.

3riller - need it to finish before I can decide what I make of it. I like this artist though.

Grey Area - not a series I like I'm afraid, so I'm not really qualified to say what fans of it will think. At least something is starting to happen at last. And I liked the
assholes
joke.

Dreams of Deadworld is an interesting new mini-series. Fabulous art. A new dark judge, sort of. Looking forward to the rest of it.

There's a letter page, for people who care about that sort of thing.

That's like saying The Apocalypse War, The Judge Child and The Cursed Earth are in other books -- leave them out!

It's The Complete Case Files.

Does the Oz Mega Collection include Hitman? Thanks.

There's no reason to leave out Fading of the Light and I really hope they don't. The prog and meg stories aren't too out of kilter to make Doomsday work when they get to it -- it's still a few volumes away.

Leaving out the first America was an insane decision. Doing it twice would be bonkers.

Glad that Case Files 25 turned out to be bigger than predicted. Was good to read Darkside again.

I'm actually quite enjoying The Alienist, even though this genre isn't usually my kind of thing.

I don't usually like Grey Area either, but I enjoyed it this week too.

I agree with Dark Jimbo about the monsters' dialogue in Dredd, but apart from that they're pretty threatening and I'm wondering how they can possibly be beaten.

QuoteHowever, the stories does hop from 'DeMarco is a Sector Chief' to 'DeMarco has been kicked off the force' without explanation as to the latter.  It's a bit jarring.

That happened in The Scorpion Dance, which was a direct sequel to Beyond the Call of Duty. Seems a bit odd to reprint one without the other. This is why I stick to the Case Files.

Moving on, I usually don't like Jaegir very much, but this week's episode was pretty good. It's nice when that happens.
