I actually have a letter printed in Batman Legends.. But stopped buying it awhile ago as... Well, it was just getting really crap. I picked up the start of War Games a few weeks ago... Nothing's changed really.

Not really. I imagine a 36 page Dredd story would just be like reading a collection of Dredd storys... It's the same thing, just not split up into monthly segments.

I actually arrested quite a few cits for smoking... Nailed one creep in the middle of a vampire attack!

I liked Dredd vs. Death, but find it nerve-rackingly hard at points. I prefer it to HALO for the sheer amount of humour there's potental for... I remember setting myself alight the first time I used Incendary... Or accidentally punching a Judge when I pressed the wrong button... Ah, happy times!

You usually have to wait until the end of the month until Amazon actually has them in stock, reguardless of the publication date.

Don't get me wrong, I loved American Gothic and thought Mike Collins' art was grand. But my problem with it is that it had all the ingrediants to be a 2000ad classic... But fell short of the mark.

Still, there's hope!

Second City Blues! It was set in Birmingham for gods sake! It should have been pure undiluted genius! But no, just like Ozzy Osborune before it, it disappointed us all...

American Gothic should also have been the greatest thing ever. And hopefully, when Tharg commissions that shiney new story, it will be!

Off Topic / American CDs?

I was wondering if the infinate knowledge of my fellow boarders could be of assistance here.

I was wondering, would CDs from America actually work in CD players over here? Or are they dodgey and backwards like the DVDs?
