The thing I love most about 2000AD is when some dastardly perp gets reduced to bloody chunks by a flaming great gun. Be it a NUMBER FOUR CARTRIDGE! or a HI-EX! round I can't help but giggle at the fantastic splatterage created by art droids through the ages. So my little homage is to the Grandaddy of all perp splattering devices...BIKE CANNON!

It's the best Culture book for ages and has one of the coolest ships yet. Total Culture geekfest.

I'm going to hold out for the 3 or more likely 4. Once the screen resolution and sensitivity has been upped to allow the pads use as a drawing device and the 4G network is constructed it will be almost irresistible.

Nice splatterage Steven, my entry is also going to have a high gore factor. Hur hur, it's great fun drawing people getting splattered.

There's some very 'Defoe' moments in there. Looks a bit crap though I'll probably give it a watch once it appears on sky.

Battle: Los Angeles. Bloody awful. The effects were good, the firefights were good but the script and dialogue sucked shit so badly it cancelled out any visual positives. Way, way too much shaky camera work. And people reckon Skyline is even worse? Holy shit.

DrV, you should check out the awesome CGI Dredd Lego that Mike Carroll of this parish did a few years back. I've had his Lego-City One image as my desktop for a couple of years now, haven't found anything to beat it yet.
