I'm looking to complete my collection maybe we can do a deal, roughly where are you, sending progs by post is probably expensive if you are in the South East I could probably collect

Cliff hangers every week must be bloody hard to write. ie every six pages you gotta have a cliffhanger. The first page following week is the reaction to the last one and before you know it you've gotta build up to the next one.

I enjoy reading the whole story in one go at the end as much as reading it as it goes along so I don't really need the Cliff hangers too much.

Cliff hanger in the middle of an episode would be good as you wouldn't have to wait a week. Yes that sounds best and gets my vote.

Mmmm Break on Through is pretty darned good. I also like the one that only lasts about 2 mins 30 seconds, 'Hello I love You Want You Tell Me Your Name' is the main words, not sure of the exact title tho.

By the way The End is featured in Apocalypse Now and lasts about 10 minutes as does When the Musics Over

Scojo, a new Doors Greatest Hits came out not so long ago, well worth buying. Even if you don't like the rest of it it will be worth it for the extended version of Light My Fire where the go into one for about 5 mins & then return to the main organ riff

Enjoy

Mmmm my recollection of 00.14 on Friday Night|Saturday is blurred it was preceded by Several pints of Carling and a rather nice Shiraz

Perhaps it would be better for all concerned if this thread was quietly forgotten.

Thanks Wake I've opened my eyes and spotted the Link.

Works for me Greg old boy, this would make a great cover. Question is can you tell a story with your art, I know I can't, but thats why I'm an accountant.

Seems everyone's got a downer on this but I thought it was great artwork & a great script. I really enjoyeed it.

I've been really critical of strips with no characterisation (Screaming heavens & Shakara) & this had oodles of it. Well done to all concerned, look forward to what happens.

If everyone is down on it, I don't know why, give it a chance. Would you rather have more 'Tales of Future Shocks' or whatever they call fill ins these days.

Woo Hooo

It was as good as I'd hoped for. Definitely one of the best all round progs for a long time (possibly ever, but not counting 2000 2001 & 2002)

The artwork was of a good quality throughout, the differing styles really complementing well.

All three scripts were well paced and I did enjoy '13', more characterisation in one episode than many runs get in total.

Really well done to all concerned, I can forgive the delays when the prog is this good

10 out of 10

Roll on next week.

Woo Hooo it's on the doormat, had a quick flick through it and it really looks like the best prog in a long long time.

The artwork throughout looks the business, if the scripts are half as good we are in for a major treat

Roll on tonight when I can read it.

Woo hoooo

Rick Random still sentenced, c'mon everybody don't let me down now do nothing to save him, you know he's gotta go down.

Re David Bishop's excellent retelling of the progs history we can see he was foisted on the editorial team at the time & if not Whizzer & Chips it should have been Buster in which he found his true home.

I'm sorry to hear of your wife's condition. That sort of thing always puts everything else into context.
