Last night my arm went numb, prompting me to think that I was finally having a heart attack. Then I realised I was just lying on top of it and all was well.

Wow, I wonder how Betty is going to get out of this scrape. I hope that her positive attitude and can-do spirit will help her win through.

I've tried all of McDonalds American styled burgers thus far and so far I'd put the current Las Vegas one first, the New York one second and last week's Chicago third. I'm sceptical about next week's Texas burger. Do we really need another Mexicany burger from McDonalds. I have to say that Burger King's Angry Whopper owns the shit out of everything else at the moment.

Now if you'll excuse me I'm off to write my will for when I die like, next week.

Well my dad downloaded Radiohead's free album for me and it's alright. Better than the last one at any rate.

Yeah, I'm fairly perplexed and (to an extent amused) by the anti-Dawkins industry's attempts to make him into some sort of wilfully ignorant monster. And since I'm no longer technically a theology student I agree with Dudkey's sentiments.

I never thought I'd miss The Weakest Link. Donny Osmond? Who cares?!

A couple of days ago I was sick, and it was green like you see in cartoons. I had to hastily empty out a Woolworths bag and there was splashback on my bag, a deodorant can and the new Jeffrey Brown book. I think the stodgy batter on the cod I had for dinner did for me.

Also I start my Masters' degree next week.

I'll let you think on that one for a while.

Cover: Striking image although from a distance it looks a bit messy. Very Good Stuff.

Dredd: A welcome return for that guy who was in that story last year. The art is of Colin's usual high standard and there's a couple of interesting strands that I wouldn't mind seeing in the future. I remember being apprehensive last year about Origins eating up so much space that other plot developments would get buried, but this is a decent enough reintroduction. Are we going to see any more of Spurrier's spy lady any time soon? Good Stuff.

Stone Island: This felt like filler before guns go off next week TBH. I wish that this had stayed in the post apocalyptic Earth rather than jumping to Guignolville. OK Stuff.

ABC: Lara's killers should be punished for crimes against hotness. I really like how there is a clear difference between "evil" Blackblood and present day Blackblood. Very Good Stuff.

Cab Inc.: I think that there's too much Jenny and Solomon stuff going on in this story, I would prefer for the focus to be on Chapter & Verse as the "good" guys trapped in a occult civil war. Maybe there should have been a shorter story focusing on them before the fun and games began. Nevertheless this ticks all the right boxes as far as creepiness and intrigue go. Very Good Stuff.

Button Man: At first I was a bit down on this episode but now I see that the slow burn on Harry here is probably the way to go. I like the art a lot, but I still feel that Ranson would be better as he always brings that roughness that this story needs. Very Good Stuff.

On the topic of RTD I never realised before today that the guy off Queer as Folk was the mayor of Baltimore.

Just had another thought today. I'm guessing that Ryan didn't kill Jasmine purely out of rage, as that isn't his style. It's mentioned by McDonough(?) that the ghosts are a side effect of all the splicing going on, and Ryan was the first to work this out. Maybe he figured that such a powerful event would trigger the ghosties, especially as Fontaine had you wired to think about your parents.
