>but rogue does have pumped up body though

I'd argue that in the early stories he's toned but not exactly pumped up.

Please anyone but Vin Diesel. How many films with future soilders in do we need with pumped up actors in. How many SAS guys do you see who look like body builders?
I'd rather see a more normal looking guy but believe he could break your neck, plus he'd have to be blue 8-)

Just wondering how anyone at Rebellion could have done anymore to ensure the printers didnt screw up the Meg. It sounds as if the subscription copies go out at the same time as the editors get their copies. They spotted the mistake, quickly put up a message here and have said that once the printers have rectified their mistake the subscribers will get a new copy. Sounds like we should applaud the guys at Rebellion for how they've handled the situation.

>I'd have no chance of making a living as a freelancer so I had to put the crayons back in the box and concentrate on commissioning stuff worse than mine.

But since leaving the nerve centre doesnt mr bishop make a very good living as a freelancer?

I like the birthday meg, is it anyone elses fault than the printers that they screwed up and rebellion have said that they are giving people a replacememt copy. Maybe I've been reading comics too long but I like the thrill power overload type features and lookforward to the next part.

I was looking forward to a new sci-fi comedy until I saw the words, Nick Frost. He has to be the unfunniest funny person I've ever seen, its all Simon Peggs fault.

>Hmmmm! I lost my Extreme Editions in the flood, so I can't double-check, but did they only reprint 6 of the 8 episodes?

Sure when I was doing my big read through of the message board when I first joined that the editor said that he had changed the order of Invasion for the Extreme Edition so it read better.

I think the Invasion strips only ran in #3 & #5, I'd have a closer look but I'm trying to type this without my boss seeing what I'm doing.

Find someone who watches too much TV, uses the internet a lot and eats nothing but takeaway pizza and get them to roll over it.

Links / Re: New Fan Site.
11 September, 2005, 04:39:17 PM
Does the world really need more 2000ad sites? I can just about keep up with this one let alone trying to work out another one. I'm sure there are people here who frequent different 2000AD sites and I wondered if people just talk about the same things and repeat what they have said on one site on another?

Bolt, did you get a copy of this and if so do you know how others can get a copy. The numbskulls parody seems worth a look at.

>No, you're thinking of Zombies (prog 470) I think - that had things like crash test dummies in it.

Isnt Zombies the one where the guy feels sorry for human looking clones with no brains used for medical experiments and when forms a bond with them and tries to put them out of their misery he's shot by Dredd and thought to be a perp instead of a good guy.

Blobs is the craze where cits have full body moulds or something so they look the same with little grills for mouths. The craze is started by gangsters so that they can carry out the perfect crime. To prevent this all Blobs then have to get tattoos on their heads.
