Oh, I agree the game looks awesome, but I just think it smacks a bit of years ago, when games would be advertised for the Spectrum, and they'd print screenshots from the Amiga, or something accompanied by a microscopic disclaimer saying "Screenshots may be from different platform".

Open the pic of Dredd chasing the guy in the Y-fronts, PC in one window & PS2 in another.

See? Exactly the same. One's slightly smaller, but the images are otherwise identical. Even the raindrops are in the same place. Difficult to do over two different platforms, surely?

Anybody got a scan of the Bisley version? I assume it's wank? I remember Ezquerra's version, and if his version's dodgy, then who CAN get it right?

Definitely. I was a bit irked to find there were great swathes of stuff missing from the hardback Slaine the King collection. I was kinda hoping for a bit more coherence for my ?20, not just a shiny cover...

Yep! Them's the ones I was talking about recently. Funny - PC Zone said they were from the PC Version & GamesRadar says they're from the PS2... Odd.

Anyway, I read that the PC version would be first person (a la Quake), and the PS2 version would be 3rd person (Tomb Raider-esque), but this was quite early in development, so that may have changed by now.

I've just got back from seeing Daredevil. It was great and all, but my question is this: WHERE WAS THE NEW X2 TRAILER? They showed the old one, the one that's been floating around the X2 website for months, but I deliberately avoided watching the new trailer online this morning, as I thought I'd save it for the big screen. Now I'm back at my girlfriend's house. She doesn't have a broadband connection, and I'm frankly not prepared to sit & watch my beard grow while I wait for the trailer to trickle down her 56K connection. BAH! Death to UGC and their slovenly trailer updating ways!
