Judge Bachmann & Enormo Overdrive, meanwhile, will rank amongst one of my FAVOURITE Dredd-verse antagonists in recent years, alongside udge Sinfield, Judge Cal, PJ Maybe, the New Mutant Army under Ex-President Booth, Total War, the Dark Judges, Masahisa Yamaguci & Yevgeny Borisenko and fellow 2000AD antagonists Ethan Kostabi, Cinnabar Brenneka, Dmitri Romanov, the Traitor General, Doctor Friedkin, Howard Quartz & his grandson Vince Quartz, Torquemada, Lucifer Morningstar & both the Countess Bernoulli & "Estabez" (from the recent Stickleback tale)!!!

We're past that point and it looked like the first America story was not considered a Judge Dredd story, thus it was not reprinted in the Case Files!!!

One single story

Well, not "legal status" as such, just wondering if they'll be reprinted as such in the Case Files or not due to both icons being the property of Dark Horse/Fox.

After reading about it on Wikipedia, I still don't get the legal status' of both stories. So, does anyone know or have any idea or not?
