Chances are if I can make it I'll be getting a day return ticket, so I can have a few ales.

That would mean I'll get into Central St around mid day.

Once we get a day sorted and hopefully a Saturday.

I live near Durham so Glasgow's about 3 and a half hours depending on the wind.

I might not be able to have a pint but I'm due a trip up that neck of the woods anyway (I stay out of Scotland too long I get the shakes).

It'll be nice to have an event northwards for a change.

Just give me plenty of notice. Is this meet going up in the review site too?

I really enjoyed this movie.

Let down by the lousy CGI gunhits tho.

Especially where theyre cut down on the horses you can see their uniforms arnt marked.

I've looked at the two Commando collections in FP and been tempted to get them.

It's funny because I bought one of the monthlies? or are they weekly? when I picked up 2000ad the other day. Im sure it's an Ian Kennedy cover but theres no mention of cover artist or story artist on the inside.

Will the scenes featuring the suit be in CGI?

If not I pity the poor bastard who has to wear it.

I saw this lastnight and must say if you havnt read the book yet see the movie first then read it to avoid disappointment.

On its own the movie is good and it kept me from twitching on my seat.

Not the best comic to screen adaption but a good one on its own.
