Thanks for asking House of Usher, I have no idea what ANY of these acronyms mean and have even less intention of finding out.  Pet peeve of mine.

It's typing, not lifting bulldozers - type the whole word/phrase, people.

Yeah!

I'm really looking forward to this.  Daft as hell, but the only alternative is to stay in bed.....

Get to it, PeterWolf.  These things are surprisingly easy these days - very little specialist gear needed to get a basic version of a track going, the software is out there.

Roger, you're right and I can't quite believe I'm not the only one who remembers that phone number.  Thansk for the laugh.

Yeah, Flint, it was in the finished podcast.  For what it's worth I thought the so-called "arse-kissing" was perfectly justified, he's a fine artist well-suited to the strip most of us here know him for.  And it helped make up for the "your sister's fit, you look like a girl" stuff.

As for Leigh's chat about internet criticism, I feel lots of folks on the net suffer from net-bravery syndrome where they'd say mercilessly unkind things they'd NEVER say in person.  Say you don't like something by all means, but if you don't offer some constructive suggestions on how you think something could be improved then comments like that border on spam for my money.  A bland, broad-brush "meh" won't help anyone.  Be specific and polite or you can expect to be ignored like a moron.

Keep your filthy sexual fantasies out of this, Cosh!

Tattooed, that's a tidy wee drawing there.  Nice work and it'll get the job done.  I reckon you ought to contribute to the art competitions here, the more the merrier.  I'll be there mate, cheering and wearing a Dredd shirt.  Good luck to you both.

So many good Flint-drawn characters to choose from.  Nice Dirty Frank there.

It really ISN'T actually - there are HUNDREDS of better comics out there than Preacher.  But it is reasonably good fun.

Starr is about the only likeable character in the whole thing, he's beautifully pantomime and over the top.

Absolutely.  And can an "Al Ewing Collection" be far behind?  He's doing a fine job of being the go-to writer for Dredd when Wagner's busy after all.  Rennie too?

The interview was the first thing I read, before even Dredd.  High praise indeed, well done Michael Molcher - they're ALWAYS very readable and well-written, but THIS one was amazing.  Congratulations sir.

Agreed about the lack of Tank Girl, Jimbo.  A brave attempt and popular with many here, but not me.  Still, if only ONE of the strip slots were to be occupied by something I don't like but is popular with a large swathe of other readers then I'm happy with that.

I've no idea what the dudes at Rebellion think of Ron Smith, but I reckon the fact they're interviewing him for a landmark two-part interview suggests they understand he's an important artist and well loved by the fans.  Glad he felt the support from us here on the boards too.  Good man, Ron Smith.  That Krill Thro Thargo is in the post, I'm sure.
