Welcome to the board, by the way thripston.  Nice to meet you.  Now you've broken your duck, keep it up and join in the chat.

Sweet as fuck, John.

I'm sure you're just doing this in order to have more great (and unique) stuff for the cellar though.....

Haven't you posted that before, Roger?  I know there was a reason I praise your name nightly.

And not just as a favour to your mum.

Of course not.  But I can't see Hammerstein, Joe and Mongrol taking him back.  Mek-Quake however might prove to be a hero AND rejoin the squad.  Here's hoping, he deserves a moment in the spotlight.

Nice Roger.  Everytime one of my chums escapes justice I feel a joyous swelling of pride.  Come, join me in my sub-lunar base and wait for the heat to cool off.

Cracking stuff there.  Really, I'm in awe.  I have to draw more or I'll never be any good.

Inbred metallers?  Sounds like a band name in search of a band to me......  Or a description of my neighbours.

Those meals are both pretty cracking in my book, Matt.  Mmmmmmmmmmm.  That steak and chips combo in particular has been a feature of my birthday for years and years.  If I have a spectacularly rubbish day, I'm talking bereavement, break-up of long-term relationships etc, I've usually had that for my tea as a method of taking the sting out of it.

Or indeed Great Apes.....

Primatology joke there.  No laughs?  Oh well, I'm used to that.

I wasn't slagging anyone who's trying out for this, I was merely describing Millar as a Cowell-like figure - a controversial figure standing in judgement and holding the keys to success or failure.

Personally I'm not a Millar fan which I was attempting to imply rather than announce as I find folks spouting "I really dislike Mills/Millar/Morrison/Smith/insert Twoth writer here" to be terribly terribly dull.  Some things work for folks, some things don't.

It was intended as a throwaway comment, not a nasty judgement on either Millar's work (which I respect even though I don't quite get much of it) or on the good folks who might get a shot at making a career in the field thanks to his idea.

To summarise: DON'T WORRY, IT WAS A STUPID JOKE.

That's "Wagnerian" pronounced as it's written, eh?

Don't do it, Emp.

Although the upside of having nut operations is that nobody other than you will ever notice the scars, wrinkles are your friends.

Justifiably proud sir.

I called my local thrill merchant and they've put one aside for me.  And mentioned they'd read it and loved it, particularly the art so go you.

You wouldn't BELIEVE the sentence I got for that one baby I killed.  Nobody noticed the ones I let crawl free.  I knew I should have counted them.......
