If you find the use of Logan jarring, consider that its a long and noble tradition - look at the Pat Mills style Judge Cal, or Kenny Who, or innumerable other people who "crossed over"...

I didn't know either of those were named after real people. Who were they?

I found the Logan thing slightly incongruous, but that's my own fault for hanging around internet message boards too much and it's really only going to affect 50 or 60 of the most obsessive fans anyway.

The title prompts the vague recollection that it might have won a Fringe First award or similar at the Edinburgh Festival.

I started reading that shite thinking it was an Onion-esque parody or alt.tasteless ('the cess-pool of usenet!') piece, and I still have trouble believing it's meant to be taken seriously.

I had the same thoughts the first time I saw this, but when you go to their main page and listen to some of the sermons it quickly becomes apparent that it's for real

Every negative thing anyone's ever said about a Watchmen film applies here. There are some fantastically cinematic sequences, like when Luther kills Cromwell and his cabinet, but I really can't see this being condensed into two hours...

That was an amusing column, but criteria is the plural.

Nice.

The sky looks incredible without the text over it.

Not sure how that'd work out for the trades

As far as I know, it's always been planned as four volumes and the last one was supposed to be out last  month.

Fair enough.

The only other pointless gripe I can think of is "Do you really want to wait a year before having a game?"

Of course, what happens with these things is that after half a dozen issues they go subscription only depending on the number of mugs, oops I mean customers.

How would you feel about sitting with a king, three prawns and a black knight?
