Does anyone know how I can get my hands on one of the programs for Minty? I was at the screening on Sunday but they forgot to bring them, would really like to get my hands on one if possible.

I was there as well for the first Sunday showing as well. Missed out on the program but the film mae up for it. It was a real treat, I'd love to see it again. Can't wait till it's online. Brilliant work guys!

I welled up a bit during the hospital scene. I was back in 1980 ready my weekly prog again. Ah nostalgia, funny when it gets you.

I think these were the Titan miniatures only available in Forbidden Planet shops. I had a few and painted them badly.

There's another guy looking for them on the forum, maybe you should hook up?

Ahh, i see.

BTW, i heard this about Brendan's art the other day, you may know this already Ming, but occasionally some of his pieces are sold at Orbital comics in London?
Bet you have to be quick off the mark to snag anything, though.

Interesting! I've never seen any when I've been in. I picked up two Shakey Kane pages there by pure chance one day. Mike Lake had a wee spot selling original art & posters but he disappeared. Brill shop, best in London.

Right, I'm aiming for the early showing on Sunday at TB. Should I start queuing on Saturday night? Will blocks be busted?

Nearly all of the Zaucer of Zilk pages have turned up at Mr Moy's place

Black and red rubber bodysuit, with those little join-lines that are so popular since Bryan Hitch drew them on The Ultimates that even Superman and Batman have them  now- along with a close-fitting 'helmet of destiny', or similar. His superhero codename will be 'The Hellblazer'.

So do you think they'll keep the trench coat or go for a full spandex JC?

Will we be seeing any characters going the other way? A Superman Vertigo title where he swears like a trooper and kills people with his super powered jism?

"Dear Vertigo editors..."
That sounds like fun. What if Kal El got found by Mr Crowley instead of the Kents.

Bugger! I've been buying this since it started.

I moved down to London in 1987 with everything I owned in a rucksack. One of my priorities besides finding a job or somewhere to live was to early visit to Forbidden Planet on Denmark Street. I remember picking up issue 1 and an issue of Dark Knight Returns. Nice to now I still have the same priorities.
