yep loved another one, always knew Rudy had it in him to be a scary grade A phsycopath and Rudy 3 really proved it.  I had a hillarious image of hot young trainee probabtion worker turning into gurning phsyco social worker mid coitus with Curtis for some reason? i dont know why have we ever seen him and her on screen together yet?  there's certainly something strange going on with her.

Well I'll probably get one on launch, i always do.  Its supprising that all the US retailers have stopped taking pre-orders up to Xmas as apparantly they cant guarantee the stock, usual Nintendo manufactured shortage id say, i bet there's plenty on the shelves in the US leading up to Xmas.
I will admit aside from Zombi U (realy like the sound of this, looks very interesting and I absolutly love the Day Z mod available on steam and this loloks like a retail version) theres not too much in the launch that excites me its more the furture possiblities I'm buying it for (oh and Pikmin 3 when its released).

Bloody great those first two episodes, like a lot of people was a bit worried about the change of cast but this new lot seem ok butr were still down one Misfit aren't we?
That first episode was wonerfully confusing to start with but came together brilliantly.  Cant wait for more.

It was made because it was a fricken cool ad man and im really suprised no Micky Bay name attached, not enough explosions i guess. well i'll probably buy this, blow through single player spend a couple of days on multiplayer trade it and then go back to playing Battlefield 3.  I think Medal of Honour is going to go back for this week, still get a good trade for it i hope.

man that was rather arsom, very pretty to look at for such a violent flick
the end of Ma Ma a particular highlight
.  Really hope it does just  enough to get a sequal it was great and all, hell that was Dredd, just like a single or two part episode straight from the prog but the story was just a little bit too small, im greedy and want a Mega Epic.  Perfect for what we got though and well even though there was only about 20 people in the cinema they all seemed to be quite impressed by the end and the walking out chatter was very positive. A group of younguns (about 16 or 17) in front of me all comented they were glad they saw that instead of Taken 2 so hopefully word of mouth gets around a bit next couple of days, im certainly goingto do my part.
speaking of which i had no idea people actuallygo to the cinema not knowing what they're going to watch tehre was a couple in the line infront of me who were getting the synopsis read to them by the attendent so they could decide what to watch :o ive never seen that before, anyway despite my gentle attemt to persuade them to see Dredd (i shouted thats the one to see when she was talking about Dredd) they decided to go see Argo, which im sure is good and all but ifeel the poor buggers missed out a bit :P

That is f*&ken class Shane Black FTW, that is how a trailer is done.  Looks dark as hell, definatly hitting a bit of a DK tone with it but hey it sells tickets, knowing Blacks on the script though gives me hopes theres still goign to be a bit of humour in it even if it is pretty dark humour (Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is one of the most underated films of the last couple of decades, sorry just had to get that out there). Mandarins accent seems a bit off to me but Kingsley is a class actor so i imagine it fits.

yes its been a rather torturous wait down here in OZ, but Thursday it is finally here and i just confimed my cinema has a 3D showing 8.15pm so thats the first one for me.  I was getting worried it wasn't gonna get released in our cinema and when i rang this arvo the young girl gave me a heart attack but saying they didn't have it listed as a release this week  :o  i went into panic mode and asked her to check when they were getting it, oh it doesn't seem to be on the list  >:( oh wait there it is sorry it is coming out on Thursday  :) :D  oh the releif, damn b*&ch that wasn't funny.
Anyway i recon its going to do pretty well in OZ for such a low population theres still alot of Dredd heads here, one of the few comics you can find on the newsagent shelves not specialist stores.

yep Seeker 25/10 is the OZ release date, must say i was supprised by the add on TV, it still needs the push down here as I really think it can add to the numbers, ill be seeing it at least twice.

Well I didnt mind that one, probaly weakest of the season so far.  As everyone has already said the main mystery was a bit drab (not the idea just the payoff) but i loved the interplay between the Doctor and his companions, i'm gonna miss those two when they're done.  I actually got a very R T Davies feel from the episode what with the fatherly involvement and emotion, the world wide invasion told via news reports style all Davies tropes.  I'd say i'm one of the rare Who fans  (not rabid fan but i think i've probably seen almost every episode since Bakers years) who generally can enjoy any of the new Who Davies or Moffat it all has its highs and lows but its all great family entertainment and i think thats its key.
Looking forward to next weeks as well always like to catch up with River.

ok Im stoked for this movie and Dredd (he he) to ask this but it happens sometimes, does anyone know if this is still going to get an OZ release?  its due out 28/10 but as happens with some movies that open in America so long before OZ and dont do too well quite often get pulled from OZ release, i'd hate for this to happen as it'd be a tragedy, Dredd and 2000AD have always had a strong presence in Australia, the Prog has always been available from newsagents not just specialist shops and I suspect this movie would definatly do the numbers in Australia (not huge in comparison to the US but still enough to add an extra $10-15million to the bottom line).  Still no confirmation from my cinema that they're gonna get it but hell as long as it got a release i could see me traveling 700kms to Perth to see it.  I'm gonna be pretty upset if I have to wait for Blueray and really want to osee this in 3D.

hmmnn, i think my Crapo-filter is broken again I quite liked Darkshadows, not sure why i must have been drunk or something.

Watched Meeting Evil (i think thats what it was called) on the weekend, not a bad thriller with Samuel Jackson and Luke Wilson (horribly miscast).  Jackson is a serial killer/hitman (its never clear and tries to go the confusion route at the end) who's targeted/accepted a contract on Wilsons character, Jackson is one horrible evil dude in it and puts wilson through the ringer.  The end is brave but not very satisfying.  Then tried to watch some exorsist thing, pure crap borrowing from a million better movies, supposedly based on a true story but fromj what i can tell the true story is just some crazy bitch killing people not demons involved.
