The Gronk already got his own series. My favourite supporting character also has his his own series, running right now in the Meg.

Oh, sorry, I misunderstood. Concerning Chronos Carnival - this may be unpopular, but I have nothing against this strip. It wasn't exactly what would be termed a classic, but it certainly wasn't the worst thing I have read. I quite enjoyed this strip actually.

Ron Smith did a Strontium Dog strip? When was this, when it was still in Starlord? I want to see it! After all, we got to see Ezquerra's take on BAD Company...

I couldn't BELIEVE what your parents have done. We are talking a cardinal sin! Your tale has inspired me to go into my attic and write "Please do not touch!" on all my thrill power containment vessels (cardboard boxes).

You have my sympathy.

Oh and of course there is:

Durham Red = Bloodrayne

I CANNOT believe how similar those two are.

I suppose the obvious connections are:

Sinister/Dexter = Those two guys from Pulp Fiction

M.A.C.H. One = Steve Austin (the 6 000,000 Dollar Man, not the wrestler)

and

M.A.C.H. Zero = The Incredible Hulk

You guys are disgusting :}

Anyway, I realy enjoyed the Durham Red story that featured another old vampire story in 2000AD, The Fiends of the Eastern Front. It was great to see both of these creations of Ezquerra drawn by the great man once more.

Also, it made an appearence in the story when a community of munce growers were being muscled out of their lands, by a Mega-City One based meat plantation company.

I liked the helter Skelter story as well.

BTW if you think The Emerald Isle had it bad, you should know what happened to the Scotland of Judge Dredd's time. Being used as a nuclear dump is FAR worse than having to act out some cliche for tourists.
