At work: a plain black one with a built in gel rest, bought after developing RSI (*not* "wanker's cramp", as someone suggested at the time).

At home: nothing, as my optical mouse doesn't seem to want to work with a mat. Used to be a boring plain green one with a little clip for the cable to sit in.
