Not sure how many of you guys are wrestling fans on here, but I figured I'd mention this anyway.
Yes, wrestling is a bunch of oil-slicked men hugging each other. Yes, it's fake and bad-tempered, but there is a lot of decent talent out there. Much of this talent can be found on the indy circuit, but one of the few decent wrestlers in the mainstream (i.e. WWE) recently passed away.
Chris Beniot was an extremely talented guy. I've been watching wrestling for about 15 years, but would only consider myself a true wrestling fan for the past 10. Throughout those years there is one guy whom I've never seen perform badly, and that guy is Chris Beniot.
He's wrestled some of the top names in the top companies, and has always made himself and his opponent look good. Although it is fake, when Beniot is up there, he makes wrestling look like the most professional, yet gruelling, sport known to man.
RIP Chris Beniot.
