It has got to be Airplane!, Life of Brian or Anchorman. I was also pleasantly surprised by Step Brothers if you want something more recent.

Books & Comics / Re: CGC - what's the point exactly?
14 February, 2009, 06:53:33 PM
Like nearly everyone else here I have to agree that slabbing, for me, is ruining the joy that comics bring. I have a large collection of comics, mostly 2000Ads, and they are nearly all stored in boxes under my bed and because of this some early progs are in a poor condition. But this just adds to them I think and this way they still can be enjoyed.
This is just me and everyone is different so enjoy them whatever way you want.

Happy new year all, hope it been a good one. I'm full up with rum and very merry.

This year I aim to:
1)   Travel,
2)   Discover new music and comics rather then sticking to old favorites,
3)   Improve myself,
4)   Start thinking for myself more.

Hope this year is every thing you want it to be and more.

If that's the rough version, I can't wait to see it finished.
It looks fantastic.

Film & TV / Re: The new "Letters to Santa" Muppet special

Quote from: "TordelBack"This is of course a complete rip off of the classic Dempsey's Den Christmas storyline, where Zig and Zag (and probably Zuppy, Dustin and Socky) have to foil Podge and (possibly) Rodge's plans to intercept all the letters to Santa by posing as postmen.  For shame.

The Den produces some of my fondest memories around Christmas time and there Halloween specials were always enjoyable too.

Excellent work, I really enjoyed the original story so I found myself smiling throughout.
Great work on the make-up as well.

We were made watch Life of Brian in our Religion class.
That's what they get for making English teachers teach religion.
(Fealing like he's the only one here who enjoyed Catcher in the Rye)

So I've no tattoos myself but I can see the artistic merit in them and I relies how they can help people commemorate events of there life but I too have never seen the point of people getting tribal designs.

The use of porn in art can be used in many forms and for many reasons. If it is just used for the shock value of the peace I'm not sure if it has as much right to be displayed as something which helps us look at life and the world a little differently. But then different people can gather meaning from a variety of things.

The Scorpions album I was unaware of until I saw it here and while I can see why I might be regarded by some as child porn, I have no problem with it and I'm glad it's no longer banned.
The American kid being labeled a sex offender I find ridiculous for many reasons and is probably something that has been blown out of all proportion.
The use of fictional or animated characters being regarded as child porn is absolutely nonsensical I my opinion. It may not be in good taste, but that is another matter.
