Nice that Arrow took the time to include the comics in the package. Once again, one of the best cult labels on the market.

Agreed. After years of sub standard releases it seems some companies are taking note that cult film fans are where the action is.

Shameless are pretty decent, and Second Sight put out some good stuff but no one beats Arrow. Scream Factory in the US are fantastic too.

Mine's on it's way.
Haven't seen it since it's VHS release in early 1990.
Also bagged the box set of 'The Long Good Friday' and 'Mona Lisa' limited edition, which is superb.
Really looking forward to the limited edition of 'Videodrome' in August, which is one of my favourite films.

Pleasant surprise to receive The Cursed Earth & Swimming in Blood volumes this morning. I wasn't expecting them for at least another week.

The Swimming in Blood cover is different from the PDF review that Bat King reviewed. I also received the final subscribers gift of the book ends.

The Swimming in Blood cover that I got is shown on the advert on the back of next weeks 2000 AD.

Just to clear that up for you  :)

Is there anywhere I can buy this? Don't think my local comic book store got it in :-(.
For future reference, Disposable Heroes are great if you don't have a local store that does FCBD. They charge 99p per item for postage, but that's it. (And my three comics today showed up in a sturdy cardboard box that puts the Mega Collection deliveries to shame.) Their 2015 page is now blank, but I guess you could always give them a call to see if any 2000 ADs are still in stock. (And, of course, grab something else if anything takes your fancy, to make it worth their while.)

I tried them last year.  Ordered, paid for, never showed  :(

Colour me surprised.
I've ordered from them loads of times and always been happy with the product and dispatch times.
Did you raise a complaint?

What a beautiful cover from Ryan Brown. Crisp and clean with a real 3-D feel to it. I particularly like the strap 2000 AD being reflected in Dredd's helmet and the whisp of smoke that partly obscures the corner 'badge' 2000 AD. I've sat looking at the cover for far longer than is probably healthy. Lovely stuff.

Judge Dredd: Breaking Bud part 1. Good start. Already feel really sorry for Bud. No one should have to live in Duncan Smith block.

Orlok, Agent of East Meg One: The Rasputin Caper part six. Concludes this issue and I've enjoyed it. Felt quite old school to me.

Slaine The Brutania Chronicles Book two part six. Love the artwork on this story, probably my favourite of the whole issue. The final page is beautiful with all the greens and reds.

Grey Area: Locked In part three. My least favourite of the current run but I still get pleasure in reading it.

Strontium Dog: The Stix Fix part six. Again, great stuff. The prog has a terrific blend of the old and the new (more in favour of the old, if truth be told) and that's just the way I like it.

Nice poster encouraging us all to vote (I shall be) and finally an ad for issue 8 of the Judge Dredd Mega Collection.

I thought this issue might have been a bit of a let down after the FCBD issue but it holds it own well. Hopefully loads will pick this up with their freebie at the comic shop and they won't be disappointed.

Forgot to mention the loads of free digital comics that also come with the issue.
It really is a treasure trove.

Well played, Tharg, well played.

This is lovely. Love the thicker paper for the cover, which in itself is super from Henry Flint.

Judge Dredd: In Through The Door
3000 AD The Traveller
Death Rock
Nemesis: The Tomb of Torquemada
Doctor Sin: Don't Call it a Comeback
Dan Dare. This has made me feel warm and fuzzy and like an 8 year old again.
Slaine: The Brutania Chronicles part 1
2 Judge Dredd Daily Star strips
and
Tharg's Alien Invasions: The Choir Visible.
All wit loads of lovely, relevant adverts and the most poignant, beautiful back cover ever.

Worth every penny  ;)

Superb stuff.

Until I see him 'act' on film I have no comment to make.

Unlike the new Joker....

I picked up Issues 1 - 5 from WHSmith then subbed and just got issue 6 and 7 so this is my first delivery.

I assume it might be the next issue that comes out where the badge and cup are sent? 3rd delivery costers! and then probably issue 11/12 for the bookends for myself as I subbed late?

Bad news I'm afraid. As it says on the Hachette website, "Subscriptions gifts are reserved for customers starting with issue 1, 2, 3 or 4".

It's a horror game. Not a particularly gory one but it has an intense atmosphere and one hell of a set of jump scares. Not suitable for a 7 year old at all.

My Son plays this. He's 11. When he first showed it to me made me jump out of my skin.

Definitely not suitable for a 7 year old.
