Comparison between titan, original rebellion and this rebellion version attached.

Only blunder i can see is all the 'next week' lines are missing in book 1 - these were all song titles that bore no resemblance to the actual title of next weeks story. I could understand this in mainstream release but i think this version should have kept it.

Ive realised my graph is wholely innacurate, poorly labelled and stolen from google and should drop much faster. Anyone cleverer than me want to produce the first 2000ad price guide graph?

Hi.
Three options -

1. Sell on ebay. Here's exponential decreasing graph of how much they are worth. Imagine the y axis is £1 rather than 0 and it reaches the giddy heights of £150 for issue 1. First hundred worth £150 to £5
But fully agree with the above

2. Compal comic auctions for first 100 progs

3. Trade them in with a retailer - you'lll get a better deal for trade but from 200 onwards he'll consider he's doing you the favour.

Classifieds / Re: Wanted Early progs

Hi James

I hit a stumbling block. I got the first 100 progs, flattened them out and was planning to turn them into 5 volumes of 20 progs each.

Except i ended up with really nice copies of prog 1 and 2. I had intended to get reading quality ones so i wouldnt feel bad about binding them but both are nice and white etc.

So ive held off because he feels hard justifying devaluing these first two. Also Rebellions graphic novel editing saying dan dare is next to be collected means all the early stories are available in tpb.

Ive done zenith, miracleman, axel, zoids, extremist and dan dare (by scanning) so it feels odd i cant manage this! Never wobbled before.

Hope you don't mind a few questions...

Did it reprint all the covers on a full page each, or did it group them together?

Did the artwork suffer shrunk?

As a newbie did the Jim MCarthy not strike you as odd/random?!!

Last year everyone had their own table.
I count 11 Dredd artists/writers here.
Come on we've all had time to forgive Garth Ennis' run now....

Classifieds / Re: Question re Comics Valuation

Completely agree with above.

I'd see if you could secure the £500 just for the comics and split out the t-shirts, posters etc.
There isnt a big market for these comics and there is over supply as they sold in comparatively high numbers.

Betel on here sells issues 3 for a £1 so based alone on this is pretty good as a bulk deal.

That cover is from the Liam Sharpe run collected in Rogue book 5.
Dylan teague did a great version in that run and would be great for this IDW unless of course Dave Gibbons would come back now he's finished secret service.
