Fantastic prog, sooo good I can't put it down.

Grey Area - 7/10. Bit too soon for a story that just summarises previous content. But I liked it anyway.

Dredd/Abs/Stront - 10/10. All on fire! Who is controlling the Golems then?

Dante - 12/10. Epic. Just epic. A real feeling of 'this is it...!'

Gaahhhh, have to wait for a WHOLE week now!

Okay, just out of simple curiosity: Is the character of Psi-Judge Cassandra Anderson considered sexy around here?

I was getting bored with my level 50 goody-two-shoes combat Orc, so I whacked the difficulty up to max and took on the main quest at last. Finished it and left my Orc at the top of the Throat of the World.

I have started again with a lizard guy and I am role playing a right bad un. Totally opposite skill set, sneak, pick pocket, alchemy, backstab and NO MAGIC at all with an 'I solemnly swear I am up to no good' attitude.
"Would you please help me by fetching the magicky nib nob from shimabim cave?" No but I will wait until you are asleep and rob you blind because you asked me.
Also, NO FAST TRAVEL just horse and cart if available. Massively changes quests and how you play.
I am also not going near the main quest so no dragons and therefore no dragon shouts or any general heroing.
Later on I might join the Empire and destroy the Stormcloaks as revenge for their cruel oppression and mistreatment of my lizardy bretheren.

I have been inspired to role play a bit more by this brilliant blog of someone trying to play as an NPC in Skyrim, very funny.

Also, anyone using any mods yet?

Thanks for all your support this week everyone, it really has helped to have your affirmation and messages of goodwill. We signed off authority for the embryos yesterday and the Dr said she had already got a young couple lined up who are medically unable to have children on their own, which is kinda exciting. So I guess we will just wait and see.

Seriously you have made a big difference to me this week with your support, Cheers fellas.

Now enough of these unseemly emotional outbursts, lets get back to talking about what is really important in life....how many links should there be again?  ;)

We had been married 10 years without being able to start a family when we started IVF. We had gorgeous twins 4 years ago, although things were more than a little touch and go with my boy at his birth as some of you with better memories than me might recall. Then we had our beautiful youngest girl at the earliest possible opportunity after the twins were born quite naturally and accidentally which has completed our family (we expect! ;) ).

The thing is the IVF gave us several extra embryos which have been in storage up to now, we paid an extra £500 to store them for five years. Which is a lot of money for a bit of shelf space in a freezer if you ask me. In our decisions about whether or not to have IVF the biggest consideration was what to do with any 'spare' fertilised eggs, as your only options are to destroy them, give them to medical science or give them to other couples trying to have children. Because of our views that each of these bundles of cells deserved a chance of life we decided before we started that we would donate them.

So me and the wife have spent the evening trying to write "statements of goodwill" to children we might never know, who if they are born, will be born to couples we have never met. It is as hard as it sounds and we have both been crying into our wine. The parents can choose to use some of the non-identifying info to help the children understand their origins as they grow up. At 16 they can choose to see the non-identifying passages for themselves and at 18 they can choose to see the full info and track us down if they want. I hope they do.

So anyway, if any of you feckers end up with exceptionally beautiful and talented kids with a leaning towards British Sci-fi, you treat them right you hear?!

And for any of you unable to have children or struggling with the whole IVF nightmare, I'm sorry and I understand a bit.

bumsex girl and shit through the letter box

This site really needs the search function back.

www.google.com/search?q=site%3Ahttp%3A%2F%2Fforums.2000adonline.com+bum+sex

I assume the latter is referring to Poogate. If so, both of those were nominees in the 2008 Thin Ice Awards:

Clearly I am going senile far faster than I expected, apologies.

Hello, don't get frightened off, it's good here.

Do you have a stash of pet carriers which people don't come back for when you kill their sick pets for them?
My vets does.

We were back at the rural in-laws for 5 days at Christmas.

1.
So we had been there for a couple of hours kids running all over the house, our two 4 year olds and our 2 year old, when the Father in law says, "Oh do you think I should move my air-rifle , it's leant up loaded on the landing." When we kicked off about it he said "It's just a pellet."

2.
Christmas day and the younglings had got down from the table ages before the rest of us. I went upstairs for a slash and found weird blue gravel and chicken feed all over the landing and leading into the toilet. It ended at a small red bucket full of the stuff. Sinking feeling in my gut I went down to ask the mother-in-law, yes it was rat poison and the kids had been 'playing' with it unsupervised for 30 mins. So a couple of hours of phoning and waiting on NHS Direct later and we were somewhat reassured. Few days later and all is well. But the mother-in-law kept saying, "I don't understand how they got hold of it."
Well you left sparkly blue rat poison in a child's, bright red, sand castle bucket in the middle of the conservatory, that's how.

Good to be home.
