Hrmph. Going to have a pleasant hangover this afternoon, when a blow a fuse at my mate over tobacco. I was after him all day the other week and he was avoiding me or had no time. He finally tells me he's got none. I feel cheap. I tell him its okay. I should really be dependent on him anyway. Slightly huffy but it was a way of getting over it. I needed a smoke at the time, see?

So he sends me a text yesterday.  I ignore it. He calls me today all upset about the dependency remark. Its not his fault, he had none.  Brings up his girlfriend. I did not want to talk about his girlfriend. I say I don't care about his fucking girlfriend.

"Nah, you don't care about anyone nor anything," he says.

He calls me up to have a go about not picking up tobacco off him. I say I'll pick it up from a shop from now on. More reliable like British gas costs more but is more reliable and I'm independent. He ends up characters assassinating me over the phone!  I said vI didn't care about his girlfriend and he puts that out as I don't care about anything or anyone. Makes me feel even more cheap! I have to play nice 'cos the old cun* plays music on a wednesday night with me at the pub. Its a spiteful person I'm dealing with here and I end the phone call showing my true colours. Asking him, how does he like my true fucking colours? Don't deal with black market bums kids, they'll have you  looking like a bitch when you've got a problem about it.

As unfair as myself Art. I think it's because I liked it too much and suddenly felt betrayed by it. This by the way, doesn't happen any more. What's doing my head in is that I'm just getting into it and; to be continued pops up! AAAAARGH! Really enjoying it. Was Tomlinson talking about how romance didn't work in 2000ad? Was MH, the volume he used as an example? I think the character frictions work really well. I'm enjoying the comedy touches in the latter parts of the story too.

And Matt! That planet work is excellent! And check out his instrumental panels and screens. No, I can't agree, the colouring is as much a character within the story as everything else.
