It's all emo, all this stuff, isn't it.
I see so many of these books on the shelves every time I go into a book shop.
I see James Patterson is even in on the act now, he's got a load of them out as well.Christ I can surely write one of these!  Might have to buy a few up for "research"....

Tell you what, the younger kids books are big business as well. My 7 year old daughter is big into these "Rainbow Magic" books. Theres about 100 of them that have come out in the space of about 2 or 3 years. The plot of every book is exactly the same, a fairy has had her pet/musical instrument/flower/colour/whatever stolen by a goblin and these two girls have to help them get it back by chasing the goblins around and retrieving it in some humourous manner. Its absolutely massive and the only thing that author seems to do different is create a new fairy name for the new books character, and change the "stolen thing" to something else.
Bloody hell.
I read this kind of thing and I go - I'm just stupid I am. Why can't I come up with something like this?!?!?

I love Necrophim and am very, very much looking forward to the next installment of it.
Stalag 666 was grand, if a little lightweight, to this day it still boggles my mind that somebody could be THAT offended by a harmless little prisoner of war story. Sheesh.

I'm really interested in what the "OTHER" emergency poo kit gear is comprised of!!! Does it involve duct tape??

Sorry, you can't use dignity, Shark, it hasn't come into play yet.
You have to wait until somebody applies introspection.

That's very nice! Striking use of colour as well. I likes it, I does!

If you fly into Gatwick, join the Hell Trekk. CF picked Gavin up first and off they went.

Nice one! I'll bear that in mind for next year. Cheers Locusts!

I've decided I'm going to get my ass over to this next year, come Hell or High Water.

Any other Irish boarders tend to travel over for it? If there is, be cool for a gang of us to meet up and make our way there together (in other words, I'd probably get lost, mugged, raped and stranded in the middle of nowhere if I tried to make it on my own so....help!) ;) (Yes, my sense of direction is really that bad).

Have to get back to this show. I think I got about 8 episodes in to the first half of the series but - I'll be honest - it was kind of boring me and nearly every episode was putting me to sleep..... Still, I'm determined to stick with it in case it gets huge (I gave up on Fringe for the same reason and now everybody keeps telling me its amazing, and I'm too far behind to be bothered catching up!)

I think the prob with this show for me - similar to Fringe - is the cast. They just aren't very engaging. The lead guy, Mr. Fiennes, is as dull as ditchwater to watch. Ah well, as Buttonman said, Burn Notice leaves a gap so I must stick this back on the schedule!
