Could Robo-K33f, if you happen to see this, detail the numbers of progs and megs which will feature in the JD Case Files volume 23? Also, if it's not too much trouble, could you list which stories will appear in Anderson volume 4 (including any bonus strips)? Thank you very much!

Have actually asked this same question elsewhere on the forum to Mr Molch-R, but wanted to ask Keith, as graphic novels editor, his view - what will happen to the hardcovers' project if not all the Daily Star Dredd strips can be found? And is he confident that they will all eventually turn up?

Vertigo's website says that 'Sandman Overture 3' is due for release on 30th July.

Any word on whether these have been found yet, Mr Molch-R? Will it jeopardize the release of the hardbacks if not all stories are found?

Other Reviews / Re: Slaine: Lord of the Beasts
11 May, 2014, 05:17:21 PM
Have just read 'Lord of the Beasts', and by my reckoning should start on the 'Books of Invasions' hardcovers which I have owned, but not read, for a long time. However, I seem to remember from somewhere that one of the trilogy (Book 2 I think?) had some of the pages printed in the wrong order. Just wanted to ask if this mistake was rectified for subsequent printings?

Can anyone remember how many of the previous three FCBD Progs featured original Judge Dredd stories?
Thank you.

General / Metro Dredds question
06 April, 2014, 08:17:58 PM
I was just looking on Barney to see how many Metro Dredds there were in entirety and came across two conflicting bits of information: In the 'Thrill Viewer Index' there are listed 32 different stories, but in the 'Beyond 2000ad Metro' section I counted 40 different strips. Does anyone know definitively how may there were and did it only run from January 2004 to Jan 2005?

Any help appreciated!

Does anyone know the contents for 'Judge Dredd: The XXX Files', which I think is due to be released in June? Is it perhaps an American release like the recent Fatties and Mutant books?

General / Judge Dredd newspaper strip question
02 January, 2014, 07:38:51 PM
I seem to remember someone, somewhere on this forum mentioning a Dredd strip which appeared in the 'News of the World' paper some time ago (perhaps something to do with the first movie??) Anyway, would just like to ask if anyone had any more details about this; such as when it was published (if indeed at all!) and how long it ran for? (I've had a look on Barney, but couldn't find anything).
Thanks in advance...

I was just wondering about next year's Daily Star Dredd hardcover and, considering it is labelled as volume 1 of potentially a number, whether it will eventually include both the 'weekly Dredd strip' (1981-86) and the 'daily continuity strip' (1986-98)? Being somewhat of a completist and being totally unfamiliar with all this material, I was hoping everything would be collated at some point. Could anyone shed any light on this??

If you are still looking for these and haven't sorted them out yet, you could do worse than getting in touch with betel_uk. The man is a living legend when it comes to back issues and really helped me when I needed a few things. Good luck anyway!

Just one last question for Robo-K33f - will Dragoncorpse (Dice Man 2) and The Ring of Danu (Dice Man 4) also make it into this bumper collection? (And if not, will they perhaps feature as a re-print somewhere else?)
Thank you.

Just reading Robo-K33F's provisional list for JD Case Files 23 and noticed that the Megazines are due to end in this book with 'Hot Pursuit' (3.03) and 'The Three Amigos' (3.07). However, seemingly omitted are 'Stalking the Law' (3.04) and 'Tattoo Hell' (3.05) which may or may not be included in the next volume. In my opinion, (and always being one to like to tie up loose ends), it would be better to put these two stories in book 23 and pick up fresh again with Meg 3.08 in Case Files 24. Thankfully the list is 'to be confirmed' and hopefully all will be well when the time comes; and that I have full confidence in Mr Richardson!
