Looking at the Hamlyn edition, the reproduction is lighter.  It makes the text look a little faint compared to the Case Files repro, but on the other hand the illustrations in the Case Files look a bit murkier.

I'm reading Wilderlands in CF21 at the moment.  It's one of the few stories I have as a Hamlyn edition, and I can't shake the feeling that it seems so squashed in the Case Files edition.

I'd love to see a 2000AD Artist's Edition too, with all the paste ups etc but darn they're pricey books.  I'm sucking my teeth over one at the moment; the shipping cost adds a big whack to the price too.

Integra Fairbrook looks like a Gibson drawing come to life. Beautiful.

I don't care how great the other drawings are, DoomBot and allied72 have shown us the way.  This competition is hereby only accepting entries showing Anderson and other good looking 2000AD gals in corsets, frilly knickers and proper stockings!

Great work there, RaggedMan.  I like all the little touches like the (proper old school!) Cyberman and Tharg in stained glass.

3) Even back in 1984, McMahon channelled Picasso a bit; just look at the boots on this fabulous cover.

They look very Jack Davis to me.

Blind Mouse Toys sent it to me.  I've been pestering them about the penguin.

Apologies to anyone I misled, that wasn't my intention.  I can see now that the "just kidding" was ambiguous as to what I was actually kidding about.

Guys, it's still not available for sale.

The company have said they are very close and just need to make sure of a couple of things so it is the very best it can be.

And I thought the 3A ordering sounded needlessly complicated!

Everyone in the next suburb that is!

"WHO THE HELL NEEDS ONE OF THESE?!?"

Actually, BB doesn't look like he's really letting rip , but I love CF's expression in that one.

What would have been really great would be to make BB look a bit angrier, like he was really shouting, and have CF with his hands over his ears and reacting in agony.
