According to Digital Spy, a Kingdom novel, "Kingdom: Fiefdom" will be published in print and e-book format in July 2014.  Dan Abnett and Nik Vincent are the authors, and the story is set 100 years after the prog strip.

Fantastic, thanks Greg.  I've got it but haven't got up to reading it yet.  I'm going to seek out "Bury My Knee..." right now.

That's very good.  He looks more muscle-y than in the strip, but I can live with that.  The face doesn't ring true however.  Gunnar looks the business though!
