If they do "Apes" films like they're now planning to do with more "Bad Lieutenant" thematic template based films, using creative directors, I'd be happy. Just imagine Herzog's, Verhoeven's or Aronofsky's "Apes" films.

Herzog does P.O.T.A! Yes!!

Who else is with me? ;)

I read some interview about the writer of Poor cows whose name escapes me.

She said the problem with taking anything from Book to screen was that anyone with minimal talent but gigantic ego could set themselves up as a Film Producer and writer creative control quickly became subordinated to Producer Ego control.

The glamour of Hollywood eh?

It's those open minded, non judgemental Space Marines once again in A thousand sons, a Horus Heresy book by Graham MacNeill.

Grab your Bolter and get blastin'! [oh er missus!]

Frank Frazetta was one of the masters of illustration whose painting style was so powerful his very surname became synonomous with Fantasy art.

He also illustrated comic strips even posing for one of Al Williamson's ink renderings.

A titan of the genre is gone folks and it is unlikely we will see so influential a figure again. Simply look upon his works and marvel at the boundless talent of a true legend.

RIP Frank Frazetta. :(

All Hollywood cares about is the bottom line. If it sells tickets it's good, if not- bad.

Will you ever return to the subject of that classic future shock about the human races encounter with a superior, superhero, Alien culture?

We immediatly plan the poor bastards demise of course. Lee Townsend inked it.

The wickedness of human nature seems to be a fairly strong theme in your work. Is that something you believe to be true that amorality is rewarded in an amoral universe?

Manga Debut 4 is widely available and only costs about 30 pounds. Add up all those  Sable brushes of various sizes, inks [I think David Lloyd recommended Pelican ink]plus Bristol board to draw on and frankly thirty quid ain't too bad.

Saves a lot of space too. :)
