Let's write our own Dredd movie ! It'll be great we've got all the information we need here and garageman can be Dredd as he is laconic to the last ! Now theres just the Budget, the actors, the location, concept art etc, etc....

Books & Comics / SPOOKS-OMEGA TEAM fun !
« on: 02 August, 2008, 04:17:13 PM »
Check out 'SPOOKS-Omega Team' about a black ops team of mercenaries who fight incursions into our world from Cthulian horrors. Good, clean gory fun with good artwork and story.  Written by Larry Hama, art by Adam Archer ( 'I smell vigilante-and we don't like vigilantes ' J.D well with a name like that he's gotta be one !). Not sure who inked it but it's by Devils Due publishing.

Wonder when old granite, Judge Dredd  face will face Cthulu  ? I think there's an upcoming movie soon but there's a story idea for you writers to be getting along with ?

or not.....!

Film & TV / Re: Star Trek 2009
« on: 02 August, 2008, 03:41:36 PM »
Star Trek is very optimistic about the human race but you can't help feeling this reflects America's status in the world. When America does well (the 60's,80's and 90's) the Star Trek franchise does well but now and during the 1970's there has been a 'void' period with the most recent TV series 'Enterprise' cancelled due to being crap.

September the 11th, the global credit crunch and that cretin in the White house optimism is in very short supply so I hope the fim does well though I actually prefer the dark and dystopic world of our own man in black -JUDGE DREDD !

1. DREDD

2. ROGUE TROOPER.

3. MY CAT ( Alright she didn't appear in 2000A.D but she sat on the cover which is close enough.)
