Perhaps, out on the mean streets a Cops-style handheld camera style depicting the everyday misery that passes for life in the big bad Meg. More conventional TV direction when you move inside buildings so you can shoot that in the studio. Whatever style they go for I'm just happy it's a happenin'!

Well having viewed it a few times I can say it left a favorable impression on me. Liked the 'disposable workforce' quote and the tone of the Movie seems very similar to the dour, neon hell of the original. The massive Atari logo certainly brought back some 80's CyberPunk nostalgia but a memory, as Philip K Dick knew can be a fickle thing. Remember all the excitement about Ridley Scott's Prometheus? That didn't turn out too well in the end as I recall.

I tried the new Curry Pot Noodle. It was awful with hardly any taste at all let alone any curry flavour. Misery.

It was a good idea but there were too many plot holes and the ending became Deus Ex Mechanica by Sonic screwdriver. Humans who have just had their relatives murdered would hardly want to get along with their executioners but the biggest boob was the end. If the Doctor reset the Vardy by switching them on and off again to their default setting how come A: the building didn't collapse, B: The Vardy self-awareness would be set back since it evolved over time. Ok[ish]but somehow a bit naff too.

While in theory I sort of agree with Shark on this point, in practise I find it difficult, as I come from the country which invented both the hobnob and the jaffa cake.

Would Karl Urban be interested in returning to Dredd if his Marvel role extends over several films and let's face it, that's where the money is? Oliva Thirlby might prefer more serious roles like her stint in 2015's The Stanford Prison Experiment so I guess it's going to be a new actor to play Dredd and a new Anderson too.
