Hope it's done in the larger hardcover format.

Still waiting on PROG 2001, already received 2002. Occasional mail glitch but sending me barmy with impatience.

Is there a current list of what is forthcoming somewhere?

Enjoying Rebellion's new line of US sized comics.
1. Dredd Underbelly (one shot)
2. Brass Sun (6 issue series)
3. Jaegir (one shot)
4. Dredd Uprise (2 issue series)
Are there any that I've missed? Surely they can't be far off doing a new monthly Dredd based on the film? I'd certainly appreciate it if they took the IDW licence back and did a US Dredd themselves.

Titan are bringing out 3 different Doctor Who comics on a monthly basis: 10th Doctor, 11th Doctor and 12th Doctor. I'm thinking that if they had gone with one weekly instead perhaps cheekily called Doctor Who, they could have run it a bit like Toothy. 3 regular strips for the most recent chaps, and 1 or 2 rotating serials for any other past Doctor, probably the 4th to start with. What do I care, I'll be buying all of them anyhow!

Other Reviews / Re: Brass Sun US Format - Issue 1

I much prefer Rebellion's strategy of reformatting material for the US market than IDW's. The centred artwork either being bordered by solid colours or blends is just gentler on the eye. I hope we see more titles from Rebellion for the US market, a semi-regular or mini-series based on the Dredd movie would be a natural.

I hope this new edition of Brass Sun will be available from the 2000AD online shop, as well.

I enjoyed the backup infinitely more than the main story. I can't believe they're by the same writer. The lead is confused, poorly scripted, just a mess, and with the Daniel art I've come to completely loathe. Whereas the backup was crisp, strongly written, lucidly plotted and reliably drawn by Johnson. The monthly IDW Dredd remains a frustrating thing, sometimes sharp as a tack, but mainly a very poor imitation of the real thing.

I'm really not enjoying the IDW monthly series (I'm finding the tone very odd but not Dredd) but the Year One limited was a cracking bit of work (i.e. very Dredd/2000AD). It is only the prospect of the monthly leading to more Dredd that keeps me buying it month after (so-far) disappointing month.

I'd love to see some of that classic Rogue collected in those big hardcovers IDW have been doing for Dredd.

Hopefully Cinnabar might get reprinted alongside the Rennie/Edgington stories.

Has Judge Dredd: The Complete Case Files 19 been sighted? I've just had my order cancelled by Book Depository and both they and Amazon are listing it as out of stock.

I got an email from them saying it was processing, and then just an email last night saying it had been cancelled. I see a couple of places online listing it as in stock, but no place I've ever actually ordered from.

It obviously exists but even the 2000AD Shop isn't listing it. I'll be patient, I'm sure it will turn up in due course.
