Film & TV / Re: Where The Wild Things Are trailer
13 October, 2009, 11:45:57 AM
The night Max wore his wolf suit and made mishief of one kind and another his mother called him "wild thing" and sent him off to bed without eating anything.
That very night in Maxes room a forest grew and grew until the room hung with vines and the walls became the world all around. And an ocean tumbled by with a private boat for Max. And he sailed off through night and day, and in and out of weeks and almost over a year..... To where the wild things are!

Off the top of my head thats half the story right there. How they are going to turn this into a film of 90 minutes is anybodies guess.

I think its already stated on another thread that the mega epic will be a cursed earth tale.

At first glance it looks like Judge Anderson is allowing Judge Death to give her boob a squeeze. I took a moment to notice the ball in his hand!

I'm playing it on easy at the moment and it feels too easy although I've only got up to level 3. Does it get significantly harder or are them some moments where certain sections are REALLY difficult? If not I will change it to medium as i'm probably not getting the most out of it.

QuoteI hate the thought that you need to be 'in the know' to appreciate it.

I'm going to see it this afternoon - dressed as Dr Manhattan

Quality! Funniest comment of the week!

QuoteThe title bar is going down the left of the strip this week. Probably to account for the image. Looks okay, although I'm not sure this should become a permanent thing.

I assumed the prog was like that as an homeage to the Watchmen cover.

Shakara?

Nemesis The Warlock?

Some of my favourite black and white work!

The one thing I've noticed when visiting Chester is that the folks there don't look anything like they do on Hollyoaks!

You'll also find they sound absolutley nothing like they do on Hollyoaks either. If i didnt originate from Chester myself I wouldn't have been surprised if chester was a borough of London going by some of the accents!

In the words of Jonathan Swift:

"The walls of this town
Are full of renown,
And strangers delight to walk round 'em,
But as for the dwellers,
Both buyers and sellers,
For me, you may hang 'em or drown 'em"
